[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having only had the experience of washing/drying clothes with one brand of washer and dryer in 45 years, this has been an eye opener! I knew there would be a learning curve with a new brand, but it didn't take long to become familiar with all the options. First thing I noticed...my clothes appear cleaner! That's a plus!! The washing time was a bit longer than I was used to, but it wasn't substantial. This washer is definitely louder than my other machine, but again not a deal breaker. Was hesitant about purchasing another front loader, but after discussing the pros/cons of this LG washer, I was sold on trying another one again and doing my due diligence to keep the washer door, drum, rubber gasket & detergent drawer dry after I've finished all my wash for the day. I'm really enjoying my new washer & dryer and would recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This front load washer cleans clothes Far better than my 3 other front load washers, is quieter and when the load is complete, the drum is on the dryer side which means NO MOLDY smell! Like my mini kickstart washer, the cycle is quick. I will by LG electronics again...excellent quality! The main door is GLASS, not plastic and is durable. My only negative comment is that I wish the unit had an interior light. It makes for seeing forgotten items easier. Otherwise, love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been using this dryer for a month now, and every dryer I’ve ever used, every once in a while the load will not be completely dry when the cycle stops. I have not had this problem, even for large loads, and the technology seems to adjust based off of the damp Ness level and load size.

However, I feel like the wifi/app compatibility is trying to collect a lot of data on me, rather than being a convenience. I also had issues with the delivery people rescheduling and not contacting me, everything had to be initiated on my end.

Great machine. The large door greatly helps clothes loading and unloading. The drum is tilted down and to the rear. So clothes ends up towards back and bottom after cycle completes. But I guess the orientation is better for water drainage. WiFi set up and product registration is a little problematic with regards to network connection not being strong enough. My router is 15 f away. But this problem is common to my LG dryer and refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this washer as a matching set washer and gas dryer. After 3 months of use the unit is easier to use than we expected. Awesome capacity. If we didn't have to color separate, this washer could do all our laundry in 1 load. Super capacity and very gentle on ll of our Items. Super energy efficient and conserves water and utilities by it's sophisticated sensors. Great unit, we would absolutely buy again. Highly recommend

We purchased our LG washer and dryer in Black Steel earlier this spring, and they are beautiful and wonderful. They clean clothes terrifically, and they operate very quietly. At the end of their cycle, a happy little tune plays. How could you not smile with that little tune? Truthfully, we'd prefer to hear something like a Bill Evans jazz number, but the LG tune works well for the units. We recently purchased a pedestal stand, also in Black Steel, for both our washer and dryer. And, we are soon relocating across country. The wife insisted the washer/dryer come with us and not be left as part of our home sale. Is there a stronger word than 'insisted'? This washer/dryer set is an inseparable part of our family. We highly recommend this purchase to anyone. (Sidebar: whomever delivers yours, be sure to hold on to the bolts that secures the washer drum should you relocate. You need these to transport your washer safely. The firm that delivered ours inadvertently took the bolts). Luckily, LG is such a wonderful company, they sent us a spare set at no cost. How great is that?

I love the features, the ease of use, the quietness and how easy it makes it for me to do laundry. The price was reasonable as well!! The only thing missing on the features is a hand wash selection. I used that quite a bit on my other machine. Otherwise then that I love it!!!!
