[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, this washer has been amazing! I had done a lot of research and LG was highly rated and recommended and thus far, I can see why! I can't get it connected to wifi but that is most likely a router problem and not a washer problem.

Still I can do a very small load. I love the allergien feature because I am able to sanitize the load. Love it and I would recommend it highly.

We bought it to replace our 14 year old LG and knew we wanted to stay with LG because our first set was wonderful. This machine does not disappoint! It’s got so many features. I love the delayed start. I set a timer at night and my first load is washed when I wake up in the morning. I love the Turbo wash feature that speeds up the cycle on a load. I’ve used the delicate cycle to wash a shower curtain and it came out perfectly. Best of all? My comforters no longer have to go to the dry cleaner! What more can you ask for?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Sears Front load washing machine before and always battled the mildew smell and no matter what detergent I used, fabric softeners, additives, my towels always smelled old. I even threw away perfectly good towels because I cools the get them to smell clean. We’ll, one wash on the towel cycle and my towels smell so fresh. I just can’t explain it. And I no longer need to use the second rinse cycle which I used on every load before. Not only are my clothes smelling cleaner, they look cleaner and take half the time to wash! Oh thank you for making such a wonderful washer!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I have been loyal LG customers for years, and when the GE washer in our new home (inherited from previous owner) broke, we of course went with a new set from LG. All is well so far, with one small exception: the "Turbo Wash" feature, once selected, can never be de-selected. This is a known problem and has been posted in various forums with no fix. It's not a deal breaker, just a weird design choice from LG.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a nice size and has many features. Does not handle small loads of one or two items. It goes out of balance. Always need to put in a few pieces of similar weight. Other then that. I do really like it.

The only hang up is in our laundry room, it would have worked better for the washer to be on the left and dryer on right due to door swing issues. We can change the dryer door which helped some

I can control the washer from my iPhone & I get alerts when the wash is done. No more wasted trips down to the basement to see if the wash is done! Super happy with our purchase!
