At first I wasn't sure about the Wi-Fi features didn't seem like I really needed it for a washing machine but it's nice that gives you updates if you're using too much soap when the load is done.. The Price is the same from 15 years ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The manual is a little vague on how to use the machine so there’s a small window of getting used to all of its features. It really does a great job washing clothes with about a third of the water normally used.

I bought a month ago. it’s world of difference with this one. has lot of options to choose washing setting. It’s really quiet and with wifi control makes it accessible around the house which can be handy in situation. this size seems right for our family size.

I've been using this washer for a couple weeks now and have really enjoyed the results. The washer is easy to use and appears to clean clothes more quickly and thoroughly than my previous top-load washer. I've liked the LG ThinQ features as well; though I wish the remote functionality was a little more seamless. Also, I keep the washer door open after each cycle and use a towel to wipe down the rubber seals to avoid buildup and to hopefully prevent the washer from smelling bad down the road. But that's simply part of life with a front-load washer. I also like the different wash cycles and settings. It would be more helpful if LG provided additional details on each of the cycles and settings to truly understand how they affect the washer's performance. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 10 yr old LG that started to give us trouble on the spin, seems that they only live for the 10 yr warranty, but we were very happy with our previous LG washer, and we still have the drier stacked up, so we wanted to get the newer model so things would fit. We are so far, after 1 month, very happy with the washer, we probably spent more than what we wanted but this is something that is critical so we went with this model that has great features. I am still trying to get more from the WIFI other than alerting me when the load is done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought our washer in September. It was a welcome addition to our home! My clothes are cleaner with less water and the machine spins out so well that my old dryer is drying the clothes is about half the time that it use to take.

This is my first LG appliance, purchased online, LG had free installation free delivery and free haul away. Order on a Monday and it came on Wednesday. The 3 gentleman that came to my house were very curious and professional. They took extra care not to scratch my washer by wrapping it in blanket. They installed my washer making sure there was no leaks and even gave it a “test rinse” cycle just to make sure. The washer itself is noticeably more quiet than my 10 year old Samsung washer that it replaced, and the wash cycles are faster too resulting in using less energy. I highly recommend this washer and the great service that LG provided.

Had an old noisy front loader. My LG is so quiet and cleans so much better. The high speed spin almost dries clothes. There are lots of features, but selecting a cycle is as easy as turning the knob and letting artificial intelligence make the choices..

We got our washer about a month ago and it has worked flawlessly tons of different wash options! Love the integrated app that tells me when to clean things and when my laundry is done helps me get it done faster and things don’t get let in or forgotten!
