If you enjoy seeing the time of day on your microwave this microwave is not for you. The day and time disappear after a few minutes. The maximum display time is 15 minutes. An option for always on should have been designed into the unit. It's also impossible to know where to touch to light up the face so you end up with finger prints all over the glass. So, a small lit line or dot would have made things much easier.

It fits in seamlessly with my other appliances with the use of the smart things app. I am able to use Alexa to turn off and on the dual fans. The auto connectivity feature makes it a breeze to set up. It is huge inside providing a bigger cooking space for larger dishes. The smooth coating inside makes it easy to clear abs don't have to worry about it straining. It brings a certain elegance to my kitchen with all the modern features. It is not loud while it is in use. I love the various cooking preset options. The cooking sensor which adjusts the cooking time so my food wouldn't overcook. It is smart, user friendly,functional and a great upgrade to my kitchen.

The website leads you to believe it is illuminated. It is not! As soon as I got it and realized the issue, I ask Millman’s Appliances to replace it with the next model which is backlit, and I would pay the difference. They ghosted me and refused to do anything.

It is easy to use, and the buttons are prominent enough to find without issue. The microwave is also able to be linked to your Alexa and Smart Things accounts for remote access. Only downside is that it is prone to fingerprints.

You can link it to your phone through WiFi and get alerts when your food is ready, turn the light on and off and even operate the fan. It took the place of an older dinosaur, so it is a much needed improvement! Looks great and matches my kitchen well.

Cons: window is so high that I can't see in (I'm 5'6", so not short), presets are extremely limited. I hate that there's no preset for soup. Seriously? Why not? I used it on our previous microwave all the time to reheat soups. A lot of times I just end up using the +30 second button to reheat because the reheating settings don't work that great.
