[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very professional and clean microwave. Has a very nice bright white LED light on the bottom to light up your stove top on a cloud day. The inside is the classic blue color that matches the new Samsung wall ovens, which is a major change from the standard white interior most of us are used to from a microwave. The all glass front makes your kitchen look more custom and get lots of questions from your friends and family. The built-in Wi-Fi allows for clock synchronization so no more having to reset the clock when the power glitches. Just an overall solid microwave. So far, the food has been cooking great, not over cooked, not under cooked. Inside the door, there is a nice cheat sheet that explains how long to cook certain types of foods for the perfect temperature and taste. And the Samsung Mobile App, well, it messages you when the food has been cooked completely which is a great feature when you're busy and running around the house. Well done Samsung.

I am still learning all the settings as it can be connected to your phone and also our Samsung fridge. It has a Smart Things app that I have not downloaded because my Husband did and wasn’t too happy with it. It gives you a notification when your food is ready and you turn the vent light off and on. I really don’t think this is needed at all. This is a very nice microwave and it looks cool but it’s kinda hard to see in as the window is dark. Overall, this is a great microwave, I just won’t use any of the features on the app.

We are very impressed with the tech features, including ability to turn on the range light, fan and notifications when food is done cooking through the SmartThings app. We are also very happy with the modern look, which looks great with our white cabinet and other black stainless steel appliances.

First of all there is no back lighting in the control touch areas so if you are operating the unit in the dark its not possible. The menu of heating options are confusing and do not match up to the LCD panel readings. Even after studying the manual the basic functions seem too complicated. Unit is also loud and causes vibration when installed in the cabinet space. The higher price model does include backlighting but seems that is the only difference between the two. We purchased all the Bespoke appliances for a new home and the microwave is the biggest disappointment price point tells the story.

There are dozens of automated cooking options to perfectly prepare things in one touch, it is very efficient and quiet, has a huge internal capacity, and integrates into SmartThings perfectly. Its matte black steel finish adds a modern touch to any kitchen. I did not know it was going to be this huge upgrade.It take up more space then my previous microwave I nerve see a large microwave like this . I love being able to utilize Alexia to turn on ventilation and lighting on the microwave. Including multiple cooking presets for different types of food, allowing you to easily prepare meals with just the touch of a button. You cannot see any fingerprints. The microwave heats food quickly and evenly, ensuring that your meals are cooked to perfection every time. I do like the SmartThings app as I have all my Samsung appliances on it and can easily monitor them and operate them. It updates the time and features with ease. You will nerve say microwave the same way again. My whole kitchen is Samsung I just need the oven now.

If you enjoy seeing the time of day on your microwave this microwave is not for you. The day and time disappear after a few minutes. The maximum display time is 15 minutes. An option for always on should have been designed into the unit. It's also impossible to know where to touch to light up the face so you end up with finger prints all over the glass. So, a small lit line or dot would have made things much easier.

I have had this microwave for less than year. It has quit working three times. I'm going on 3 weeks this time without a working microwave because of an SE error. The part has not been shipped from Samsung. Samsung warranty service is horrific. There is zero communications. I took a day off of work for an appointment. No one showed up, so I called and they had made a different appointment. This happened twice. I bought two Samsung stoves and refrigerators 18 months ago and. I wish I could return them. Don't buy SAMSUNG appliances. I own rental properties and never have an issue with parts and repairs on other major brands, such as Whirlpool and GE.
