I like that it lets me know when someone is using the microwave and when food is done. The display is great. The heating is quick and even. The ventilation works really well. Overall, this is a wonderful microwave.

The Wi-Fi connection is s great touch to be able to monitor the timer from the smartthings app. The large display makes it very easy to see the timer and use various settings. The device ventilation also works very well

Great microwave! It took me some effort to figure out how to cook at reduced power. To cook at reduced power, you must enter the OK button after you enter the cook time, then it will take you to that option. I did not see this instruction in the instructions provided, but I eventually figured it out on my own. Other than that, everything about this microwave is awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave came packaged very well with ample carboard and blocking to protect the entire unit. The installation was fairly straightforward, especially since I was just swapping out the unit that was previously in the same space. The buttons function as they should and the most importantly to me is that the door appears to be very solid. The previous unit (different brand) had a flimsy door and when it flexed, had managed to catch the shroud above door. The replacement piece made it cost prohibitive vs buying a new unit, which is why we chose the Samsung 2.1 cu. ft. microwave. So far we have been very happy with unit heating and venting capabilities. The unit is clean in appearance and easy to maintain with a damp cloth. The door opens from a recess on the bottom which helps minimize fingerprints.

It connected seamlessly to samsung smart things app. Its vetilates perfectly. No fingerprints thanks to the great finish.

I have had nothing but outstanding results with this microwave. Very easy to use and understand the buttons. Heats perfectly without any issue. The ventilation is fine and vents to the outside. No issues with the connectivity and hookup whatsoever. It fit into the space over my range without having to make any adjustments. It's a large capacity, more than my husband and I need. The display works as it should and we are old and have no problem reading it. I am totally satisfied with this microwave and have never had any issues with any Samsung appliance or devices that I have owned in the past and own now. I also have Samsung Care+ as a bonus when I purchased this and the range.

The only thing I run up against is I don't like the process of what you have to go through over and over to melt butter, it usually just ends up, exploding in the microwave so I guess I'm doing something wrong. .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty good microwave. I didn't actually need a new one but there was a great promotion since I was already buying 3 other appliances. This is very functional. Plenty of space, heats up the food fast, and is very usable. On the downside it attracts a lot of fingerprints and sometimes in low light the buttons aren't the easiest to see. The fan is a good speed and can control somewhat over WiFi (range hood/light) so that is an added bonus. The display is easy to read as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking. Easy to install. Does a great job of cooking and there are a wide range of options. Now, the bad part. The Edge to Edge door, mostly glass. It's massive with the hinges on the far left side and the door extends the entire range of the microwave. That's a lot of weight on the two hinges. And indeed, after about 2 months, we noticed a scraping sound when we opened or closed the door. It got worse as time has gone on. The weight of the door is too much for the hinges. It sags. It concerns me that if sagging down, it might be leaking microwaves from a gap in the top

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very disappointed. It does have a large capacity. Door opening is awkward. It is difficult to learn to operate. Display is dark and hard to read. It needs an instruction manual that doesn't have to be downloaded. Only a few items are listed for reheat, sensor etc. I ordered it and had it installed before I refluxed it does not have a delay start which was my main reason for ordering this model. I wish I had just tried to have my old one fixed. Not nearly as user friendly as that one. Feel like it tried to force you to use it via SmartThings which is a big turn off for me. Won't buy this brand again.
