[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased my Bespoke 2.1 cu. ft. Over-the-Range Microwave. This microwave has awaken my kitchen and elevated it to kitchens for the future. Not only is its performance a 10 out of 10, but the microwave goes into the next century with its anstetic modern display. The cool touch ease of controls is the creme de la creme.

I am not impressed with this Microwave. We bought it in October 2024. It was installed in January 2025. So, operating about 8 months before we had issues. Cost of getting it repaired equivalent to a new Microwave. Will not purchase Samsung appliances again.

I do not recommend this Bespoke Microwave. The control panel, with the exception of the clock, DOES NOT LIGHT UP. It is difficult to see in daylight and impossible at night without the entire kitchen lights being on. For the life of me, I cannot understand why Samsung would do this. Unfortunately, the store I purchased from did not tell me this or I would not have purchased it.

The design looks modern and fits nicely with my kitchen appliances, and it heats food evenly and quickly. The preset cooking options are convenient for everyday use, and the controls are easy to understand.
