[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall happy with the microwave. Looks great and works well with my other Samsung devices. Just with it did more as a smart devices. It was only a microwave I would give a 5 but because it's lacking some on the smart side, I gave an overall 3.8.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful, modern appliance that really upscale our kitchen. Especially when paired with the Bespoke oven. It is also a smart appliance, is you are into that. It is powerful and has all of the features you would expect. The over oven light is bright and the vent is powerful. Stay up. There is a nitpick for me and is the controls. At this price, the front control panel should be backlit. They are hard to see at night.

I do not recommend this Bespoke Microwave. The control panel, with the exception of the clock, DOES NOT LIGHT UP. It is difficult to see in daylight and impossible at night without the entire kitchen lights being on. For the life of me, I cannot understand why Samsung would do this. Unfortunately, the store I purchased from did not tell me this or I would not have purchased it.

Only things i don't like about this front look is that it leaves fingerprints when you open the door and would help at night if touch panel was backlit. Other than that a wonderful microwave to go along with all my other Samsung kitchen appliances.

The outside stainless-steel finish matches my Samsung range. Inside the door is a cooking time guide for easy use. The ventilation works very well. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

The ventilation features are a plus! It comes with 4 flow strengths. The display is clear and the capacity accomodates large dishes. The WiFi functionality is a definite bonus. Love and recommend this product.

Great performance as well. Full capacity and bright display. The time stays on all the time despite on some reviews that I read.

Great Microwave, it works as expected and it adds a nice look to your kitchen design. Me and the wife would highly recommend the Samsung Bespoke 2.1 cu ft stainless steel microwave. You won't be disappointed. It was a breeze to install as our old microwave was a Samsung and the wall bracket and the holes above were already universal to the new one.
