He said there was nothing that needs to be improved. They're a little pricey, but honestly, it's a small price to pay for something that works so well. My job is very strenuous and often leaves me with aches and pains, especially in my back. This formula worked perfectly. I felt relief in about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, it did keep me awake. I believe I couldn't sleep because of the caffeine in it. This would be perfect for during my shift, but never before bed. It's easy to swallow and effective, so I'd definitely recommend it. Just don't take it at night!

I didn't have any issues with this, and found it worked as described and desired. There is a bit of caffeine in it, so I personally wouldn't take it too late in the evening, since I'm sensitive to caffeine and it disrupts my sleep easily.
