[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bayer Back and Body was an OK pain reliever. I suffer from Fibromyalgia and this helped me to find a little bit of relief. It's an affordable option of pain reliever. I would recommend it to my family and friends. I was very grateful to Influenster for sending this to me to try. I will definitely be pursuing this in the future as an affordable pain reliever. The only downside to it is I wish that it would last a little longer.

They start to work fairly quickly which is also a huge plus. I can also take it prior to the pain starting and it works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Bayer aspirin for back and body and it works about as well as any other over the counter aspirin or pain relief. I didn't notice a big difference in my pain level nor did I notice much of a targeted pain relief. This is not to say it isn't a good product. Bayer is probably my favorite over the counter aspirin brand but due to the specifics of the product for me it's average.

Also working from home and sitting at a computer all day does not help my issue. Especially at night when I’m trying to get comfortable in bed. I started taking these Bauer Aspirin before bed when I’m really uncomfortable and they work great. Now I’m able to get a goods nights sleep and be well rested in the morning!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is hard to judge something only based on 3 doses, but I cannot say that this did much to help me. To be fair, I am on prescription pain medication, so I didn't expect much to begin with. I took all 3 doses over a couple of days and didn't notice any difference in my pain level.

Within an hour my headache subsided and I felt back to my normal self. I can not comment on other aches and pains but they headache subsided very fast
