He is always achy due to the amount of sport and work he does, mostly his back and knees. And my aches and pains are less frequent than his. He took 2 caplets with full glass of water and a meal. And after a little while he felts a major relief. Definitely something to keep around. He tolerated well and will recommend to friends and family who can take aspirin for their back&body aches. I was sore from hiking and needed a little reprieve. I got it and it came in the form of this little 500mg coated caplet! It worked fast and left me feeling great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It works for pain, for the most part. However... after taking 1 dose, 2 days in a row as instructed on the bottle, it mad my stomach severely hurt. I wouldn't purchase this for myself because for some reason my system doesn't agree with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Bayer back and body pain reliever. 500 mg of aspirin and about 32 mg of caffeine. When I took it during the daytime it definitely helped with my back pain and muscle aches. Being that it contains caffeine I personally would not take it after 3 o’clock or so, but that’s just me. Overall I would say that this product works just as well if not better than other Bayer products I have tried, as well as similar products from other brands.
