He is always achy due to the amount of sport and work he does, mostly his back and knees. And my aches and pains are less frequent than his. He took 2 caplets with full glass of water and a meal. And after a little while he felts a major relief. Definitely something to keep around. He tolerated well and will recommend to friends and family who can take aspirin for their back&body aches. I received this product and there wasn’t a better time to try it. This product helped a lot! It seemed to ease my aches and pains. I will say I did still experience some muscle aches in my legs but my neck and back pain diminished almost completely. This product does work and did get rid of some my pain.
