Back doesn't hurt anymore. This has also helped with the migraines I get too because of the caffeine in them. I keep this bottle in my desk at work and people will come ask me for a few when they need it. the cap is rubberized which makes it easier to open as you can get a good grip on the bottle and not have to use a lot of force to get it open.

In fact, the pain starting getting worse and worse, and even started affecting my sleep. Not knowing what else to do, I decided to try medication, and used these Bayer Back & Body pills one night before sleeping - Within just a few minutes of taking them I could already feel the pain subsiding, and I got my first full night of sleep in about a week that night. Then, I started prepping my summer camp program and working 60+ hour weeks half staring at a computer screen.
