[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a little back pain, took some when it was starting to hurt and the pain stopped. The pain isn’t much so I can’t say this helped me so much. Although it did help with mine. It was just like any other pain medicine, it was okay.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can't recommended this over other aspirin products, because I didn't find it to be any more effective than regular enteric coated aspirin. Not only that, the amount of caffeine makes it not suitable for use before bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been having body aches due to the weather changes and I took this extra strength aspirin and it worked great. I felt this product working for at least 8 hours and I am very pleased with how well it works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Bayer aspirin for back and body and it works about as well as any other over the counter aspirin or pain relief. I didn't notice a big difference in my pain level nor did I notice much of a targeted pain relief. This is not to say it isn't a good product. Bayer is probably my favorite over the counter aspirin brand but due to the specifics of the product for me it's average.
