They were gentle on my stomach and I did not notice the caffeine affecting my sleep, although I was a bit concerned about taking a caffeine product at night time. I do recommend this product!

I took one not thinking it would work because Aspirin usually doesn't help my pain. I definitely recommend it took my pain away faster than anything. I actually fell asleep after I took it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have chronic tension headaches where the pain starts in my upper back, neck or shoulders (basically half the days in a month I have a tension related headache). This looks like a game changing product for me. I received this product on day 4 of my recent streak of tension headaches and within an hour I started to feel relief in my neck and back and my headache finally eased up. Will continue to buy this product to keep on hand for times like this. The pills are also not overly large so they’re easy to swallow for people who struggle with larger sized pills.

Sometimes there are times when it is unbearable and that is when I take pain medication. These work beautifully. I take them and feel relieve to my pain in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

I typically take other name brand pain relievers which help dull the pain a bit. The Bayer Extra Strength Back and Body is amazing! I take one as soon as I feel the soreness arising and it knocks it out quickly! I will probably always have this stocked in my medicine cabinet now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was lifting pretty heavy (deadlifts) at the gym and definitely helped lighten the tightness that I had. The pill is medium sized, (definitely not the biggest pill that I bave taken) and was very easy to swallow. It took about 30 minutes for me to really start feeling relief but boy did it help a ton. I highly recommend this to anyone who suffers from and kind of back pain/discomfort from going to the gym. I definitely will have to buy anothet bottle because the sample bottle only contained 6 tablets. 10/10 highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This extra strength aspirin worked well for some neck/shoulder pain I was experiencing. It was a coated pill that was easy to swallow. The only downside for me was that it has caffeine. My pain is worse at night and I couldn’t take it at this time.

So when I got this box I was super excited that I was getting a chance to try out a painkiller that I have never used before. I was already achy when I took it but knew that throughout the day I would feel more and more pain. It took a bit for them to kick in and although my pain didn’t necessarily get worse it also didn’t go away or lessen. So for me it’s just like the other over the counter ones. Good enough but not that great either.
