[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did not find that the Bayer Aspirin Extra Strength Back & Body caplets fully relieved my back pain while I was fishing. I have not taken Aspirin for pain in the past. I am not sure if I would recommend for the price.

Research shows that a small amount of caffeine can help people who are in a lot of pain. I can say there is a noticeable difference in the effectiveness and wellbeing produced by this product as compared to typical aspirin.

They definitely help alleviate general body aches and pains and I would buy this product in the future to have in the medicine cabinet!

We’ve switched to Bayer extra strength because it works the first time you take it and provides quick relief. It helps him relax better after work and have a much better sleep. When I had my first child I ended up getting an epidural that forever put my back on restriction, It doesn’t take much for my lower back to start inflaming, and it hurts! I need something that will help aid my back pain so I can continue doing what I need to do for my kiddos, my business, and my every day daily tasks! This definitely helps and relieves! It took only at most about 30 minutes to feel the relief and the pill is absolutely easy to swallow! I highly recommend!
