The rest has really helped in the aches and pains body and back ache pain relief so we can rest after pushing ourselves pretty hard. Bayer once again makes a great product!

They were gentle on my stomach and I did not notice the caffeine affecting my sleep, although I was a bit concerned about taking a caffeine product at night time. I do recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had back issues since my teenage years playing sports and there are many days that ibuprofen is my best friend. I tried this because I wanted to use something specifically related to the cause. The high milligram of this and it being an aspirin product including caffeine does provide better benefits to me. I just didn't really find that it worked particularly better. The only reason for a 4 star is that it did bother my stomach a little. I was relieved that my back pain resolved itself quickly and allowed me to go on with my work day without having to stop and regroup like I sometimes do. I also noticed that it helped fiercely with my headaches that come with the back pain. Overall it's a good product for targeted treatment and I would definitely suggest it.

This helped tremendously with my back pain from walking/riding coasters all day! Only took about 10-15 minutes to start feeling some relief!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] influenster and buyer partner up to send me a free sample of their product in exchange for my honest review, here it goes: i took on biking with the kiddos recently and after not doing so in over 2 decades, my body was sore! so i decided to take a dosis of aspirin, the pain started to go away within about 15 to 20 minutes, so it does have very fast acting effect, the only bad thing abou that is that is that it did irritated my stomach quite a bit.

Sometimes when I wind down for bed, I need something to help take some of the soreness away and this helped. I will say it does have caffeine in it so I do not recommend taking it routinely at bedtime if you are sensitive to caffeine.
