[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bayer Aspirin - Bayer Aspirin Extra Strength Back & Body is really helpful for relieving the tension in by back and neck that accumulates due to my full time desk job. It's fairly fast acting and the pills are small so they are easy to swallow. The caffeine in the formulation is also nice as typically back pain makes me lose focus more easily and become more tired. As far as pain relief, I'm not sure it does a significantly better job than my normal aspirin but I do feel it does it's job.

It took all my body pain away within 20 minutes I was pain free. It even helped the pain from my pinched nerve in my neck, which was surprisingly amazed at that because I haven't found nothing that works for that. I highly recommend this product for anyone that deals with body pain in any way. you will be happy with this product.

Research shows that a small amount of caffeine can help people who are in a lot of pain. I can say there is a noticeable difference in the effectiveness and wellbeing produced by this product as compared to typical aspirin.

We’ve switched to Bayer extra strength because it works the first time you take it and provides quick relief. It helps him relax better after work and have a much better sleep. It does contain caffeine so it is probably better to take in the morning. They are easy to swallow as well.

There is enough caffeine in the tablets that it makes me feel jittery and dehydrated for hours afterward, so it makes using it any time at night impossible.
