I did however, give 2 to my brother. He said they worked fine, he was able to get some work done after taking these. Once I try them for myself, I'll update my review.

He took the recommended amount and it worked pretty good for him. Normally nothing helps him too much but this made it manageable. So it’s a win in our book!

Let's say I won't leave home without them; they have been a big help in easing my pain. I don't have to take them often, but they really do help relieve that pain when I do. My husband stated they even helped him with his muscle pain and arthritis. More importantly, there's no caffeine in them, and I like that they are coated caplets which makes them easier for me to swallow. I can't wait to grab a few more bottles of Bayer Aspirin Extra Strength Back & Body; I want to make sure to have them on hand at all times.
