When I got these as a sample I was excited to try as the other name brand I was using was not lasting long. I took on before work and when I got off. I haven't woken up in a while without having back pain. These work like a charm. I already purchased the full size bottle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bayer Aspirin - Bayer Aspirin Extra Strength Back & Body is really helpful for relieving the tension in by back and neck that accumulates due to my full time desk job. It's fairly fast acting and the pills are small so they are easy to swallow. The caffeine in the formulation is also nice as typically back pain makes me lose focus more easily and become more tired. As far as pain relief, I'm not sure it does a significantly better job than my normal aspirin but I do feel it does it's job.

It didn't really ease my aching back and I don't like how I couldn't sleep after I used it several hours before bedtime. I didn't expect it to have quite as much caffeine in it as it does. I am sure this is great for some, but it's a miss for me.

My body reminds me I'm not young anymore. Here and there I need something strong to sooth my aches and pains on my back. Bayer back and body really helped get rid of that pain. I didn't have to keep taking it every hour. It really lasted and didn't get me all drowsy and sleepy. My husband took 2 pills after work and was able to wake up feeling refreshed. We will definitely continue taking these pills for our back and body.
