[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It didn’t do much else that other pain killers couldn’t, I had cramps and my fiancé had pain from work we both took them. The onset was not immediate felt like an hour before the pain lessened for me and for him it was about the same. It’s not a significant help that I would feel the need to purchase this specific item again. It does the job but so does any other item I’d say. It contains caffeine so if that’s something you don’t want from medicine avoid this. Overall it works so it’s fine.

I am constantly carrying around a meaty nine month old baby and a super clingy toddler. By the end of the night, I am shot and my nightly back stretches aren’t cutting it any more. This painkiller took some time to kick in but once it did, I noticed an immediate difference in not only my back but my neck as well. I was less sore and achy and it made getting through my day easier. I would recommend this product for temporary relief. It helped me feel not so old and rickety.

The pain was gone for a few hours, i used them before we took a little mini road trip and i was peaceful in the way there and back. Therefore I try to find stuff to help with my back pain & got these & shew they sure do help they knock my pain & allow me to get some rest I would definitely recommend these to everyone they are a must have if you find these do not pass them up!
