With becoming more active, soreness is a known effect of exercising. Personally, I experience soreness in my legs and arms the most. So, I was excited to try out this product by pushing myself at the gym to see if it will help relieve soreness and pains. To my surprise, it did relieve some of the temporary pains from exercising. I could tell an immediate difference from my first day of soreness to the day I decided to test out the pill. Then I started with this, and I am amazed at the difference. It has not only NSAIDS for inflammation and pain, but caffeine to help with the headaches caused from the back pain! It's just a double whammy of relief!!

He lifts heavy boxes and machines daily and is often in need of some muscle relief. I didn’t know he took two.
