[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have daily back pain. The Bayer Extra Strength aspirin eased my back pain. I tried it for shoulder and upper back pain. It worked within 20 minutes. It eased the pain. I was able to relax and do whatever I wanted for the afternoon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lifting a toddler takes a toll on your back and body. One dose of this was an immediate relief on my aches. Normally aspirin gives me a little upset tummy but this one didn’t have the same affect. Already purchased a large bottle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is always complaining about his back hurting, so when I received these and he came home from work hurting, I told him to try these and see how they do. He did and shortly later he said he felt better. He went bike riding around the neighborhood and when he got back he said he still felt great. This says it 500 mg of aspirin and 32.5 mg caffeine and to take 2 tablets every 6 hours, so total of 1,000 mg of aspirin. I work as a medication aid and I'm not sure if I ever given more than 325mg and most just take 81. I'm also the type of person that don't take medicine unless really, really need to. I would say to be cautious taking these and not to take them excessively or ask your doctor what he thinks is OK for you to take.

But these Bayer aspirin have been one of the most effective otc meds that ive found to help. They tend to help relieve the pain and tension in my head and neck and they do it faster than other meds.
