Took this mainly because I had heard wonderful things and secondly because it contained caffeine. Started working fast, could feel my knees and even other parts of my body start to function and perform as they should. Was pleasantly surprised how well this product worked!

I use it when I have pms, back pain due to medical issues and surgeries. Also for when my migraines become too much to handle. I would recommend it to anyone that has pain they are going through. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Usually have to take a 2 250mg which is a hassle! This one tablet is a wonder! Fast acting. Had some covid back pains and took one and the pain was gone in under 25 mins. Would def recommend. No weird powder flavour
