It helped full the pain in my lower back and legs but I got a stomach ache about an hour after taking it. I do have gastritis and have to be careful about taking medicine like this in an empty stomach. Next time I’ll try it with more than just coffee and water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] How do you know you're old? When you go peach picking with your family, and your shoulder is sore the next day. Peach picking. Geesh. First day I lived with the pain. The next day, I remembered that I had the Bayer Back and Body Relief. I took two in the morning. Definitely made the pain go away and my day was much more comfortable.

These take care of relatively severe pain rather quickly for me. Definitely something worth keeping in the medicine cabinet just in case.
