I use the regular strength one quite frequently due to back and knee pain but decided to turn it up a notch and go with the extra strength. And i can say i am happy i did! The extra strength provides enough extra "kick" to relieve the aches.

In fact, the pain starting getting worse and worse, and even started affecting my sleep. Not knowing what else to do, I decided to try medication, and used these Bayer Back & Body pills one night before sleeping - Within just a few minutes of taking them I could already feel the pain subsiding, and I got my first full night of sleep in about a week that night. So when these survived I was skeptical but took 2 to try. And within only an hour maybe an hour and half my neck and headache wasn't hurting. The tightness was still in my neck but the pain was gone.
