Product great, shipping not so much…. Ordered two sets of this product with one arriving with a significant dent. The packaging was perfectly intact so it was obvious it was packed this way. Exchange customer service representative was excellent, but time consuming having to wait for replacements and taking large package for shipping product back.

The large trash can hasn’t worked since the day we got it. Inside the box was a orange not from the manufacturer and said to call them first. They had me reset the cover, but it didn’t work. So now they are sending me out a whole new cover? I hope it works??

I purchased this item because the previous automatic trashcan I have the lid malfunctioned... i’m guessing from overuse since I’ve had it for two years now. As for the battery life it lasts about six months with regular use. So I decided to purchase a new one especially since it came with a smaller trashcan. Love the lock aside from a huge dent on the side which I had to pop out and now it’s wrinkled… Thinking about returning it... not sure it’s worth the hassle dragging out in the bitter cold to try and exchange it. I guess I’m stuck with it for now.

They look great and the ring holds the bag in place very well. But, the sensor is slow to respond and most of the time I find myself waving at it to open. So, I am very disappointed in them. They don't open when I want them to and sometimes they open when NOT needed.

I’ve had this for about a week and a half. Sometimes I love it and it works perfect, and sometimes I can’t figure out why the lid won’t open or why the lid won’t shut. I wave my hand over the sensor and nothing happens. Other times it opens and operates perfectly. Sometimes I have to wave my hand over and over to get it to open. I think I will try it for a little bit longer to see if it operates without flaws. When it does work without any problem, I really love it.

Definitely recommend! Work well, good packaging, clear instructions, batteries not included. Nice to have both sizes for the price. Metal-wise, not the thickest not the thinnest - good product for hands free option. Would love to see white metal with gold to go with new kitchen remodel design. Definitely recommend.

I,sadly, was using a Rubbermaid garbage can that I purchased 25 years ago when I bought my house. It was in good shape, cleaned up well and the lid still worked. I had no idea that we had these magic garbage cans that lifted with a wave of a hand. I’m amazed! And I got a mini with it. I give the can 5 stars because that’s what I’m reviewing, however, the packaging was not the best and of course I ended up with a couple of small dents that I’m not happy about. The cans use 3 C batteries each. I don’t know how long they’ll last yet. I love the cans. They match my newly remodeled kitchen. The old trusty Rubbermaid? It went to the garage because it still works just fine.

They work perfectly. I like the automatic top opener.

These garbage cans are exactly what I was looking for. I am pleased with the purchase and I recommend them.

This is the second set of these I have bought… The first set lasted approximately three years, but I loved it so much I repurchased!
