13 gallon stopped working under a year

Be careful buying this. We purchases the combo November, 2022. It is now under a year later and the 13 gallon can sensor does not work. Tried resetting tried new batteries. Quite a bit of cash for this to stop functioning within under a year

4 YRS AND STILL WORKING!!

We received this as a gift (haha) from our son! We have been using this in the kitchen for almost 4 YEARS!! I think we have replaced the batteries 3 times...It has been pretty nasty at times and it's very easy to clean! I would definitely recommend this trash can!

Amazing Job for the Price

The trash cans have been amazing I've had them for almost 3 weeks and honestly they get the job done I really like the fact that I dont have to touch or step on anything for them to open. I bought them not only because it was 2 but the price waa just great

Worst trash can I've bought in a long time

This trash can is a very aggravating. First of all you have to wait to long for the sensor to work to open it up. It is very aggravating to stand over a trash can to wait for it to open. I don't know if the one I bought was just defective or what but I can't stand it.

answer to jFan’s questions

I have not bought this but have itouchless brand and I’m sure they are very similar. The ring liner is just the plastic ring at the top that holds the bag in place. The itouchless brand uses 4 d batteries that lasted 6 months to a year depending on how much it is used. I bought a power adapter that plugs into the back so no batteries are needed now. I’m not sure if this model has a place to plug in an adapter or not. I would imagine the 3 c batteries would probably work for at least 4 months or more.

Highly Recommend this Trash Can!

I bought this trash can set almost one year ago and it is still working wonderfully! It is such a great price and the small trash can is perfect for my bathroom. I have changed the batteries one time so far, and I use my trash can a lot! It is very easy to wipe down, and the members mark trash bags fit perfectly. It is the perfect height, and still looks brand new!

Lid stays open

After about a month I had to replace the batteries. After putting a new set in the lid decided that it should stay about an inch open. Now it permanently thinks that 1 inch open is fully closed, and the flies love it.

Poor value

Both of these trash cans stopped working on the same day- only a month old with light use. Seems to burn through batteries that are odd sized (who uses C batteries anymore)? and expensive $

Great for handicapped

I love this trash can as I' m handicapped and GREAT opening. However it has stopped working and batteries aren't the problem, can you tell me when I purchased it to see if it is under warranty? Thanks
