[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refer about a month ago and it seems to be working just fine. Of course it should be. as its only been working for a month. The plastic in the freezer seams a little weak, but of course I knew that when I bought it. I'll write back in ten years and let you know. We have owned LG washers and dryers for the last 10 or 15 years and are really pleased with them. That is one of the reasons we went with LG for a refer.

Called a repairman but just like a Dr by the time he got there it was working. I put Vaseline on the seal & it seems to work most of time but still doesn't always close right. Other than that I love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really enjoying my new refrigerator. I love the french doors. The freezer on the bottom is very convenient & easy to get at. I never knew what I was missing out of all this time. We love the water dispenser on the door too. I never had one before & it is definitely going to spoil me. I love the color (Silver), it is very appealing to the eye. The separate compartments inside are very nice. This is a product you should consider to have in your own home.

We were happy with it until the compressor blew out less than two years after buying it. Yes, it was free to get it replaced, but we lost a lot of food and it was a big hassle. Also, trying to get service through the website was a nightmare.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband was skeptical about the bottom freezer at first. He didn’t think it was as big as our previous refrigerator with a top freezer. Once I organized the items in the new bottom freezer it showed him there was even more room.

Took a bit to adjust but love having the refrigerator section on top and freezer below. Not as much bending as before and the two doors eliminate exposing the whole frig interior when getting something out

I wanted stainless steel and a water dispenser. This one delivers everything I wanted. I got used to ice dispenser in the freezer. In fact, I really like it. No more ice spitting onto the kitchen floor like from door ice-dispensers. Neighbors saw ours and now they are buying one.

I love the ice-maker and water filter features, and especially love the top French doors so I don’t have to constantly bend over or squat down to figure out what’s in the back of the fridge or clean it. I love it so much, my mom bought one too and loves it as well!
