Took a bit to adjust but love having the refrigerator section on top and freezer below. Not as much bending as before and the two doors eliminate exposing the whole frig interior when getting something out

Initially it was making a bit more noise than what I expected from a new refrigerator. But with a call to the service department and use of the smart link, the noise has stopped.

I don't know how you packed so much storage room into the same square footage as my old side -by-side . The freezer has 3 to4 times the room. The fridge opens to reveal everything visible at once. No more hunting! I'm in love with it.

The best part for us is the ice maker does not come out through the door. Our previous one did and ice was always getting jammed and it was such a mess and hassle. This one sits in the freezer. Much better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had this for about 6 months. We picked this particular one because it’s one of few with door water it’s size. It’s our favorite fridge ever. Ice maker is quick and quiet-we have never ran out of ice yet, even with large groups. This was our first experience with LG and we will never purchase any other brand again!

I bought this a month ago and despite two technicians coming out it is just not cold enough. Also there is a slot for a shelf that cannot be used. Lastly in order to have food in coldest part of refrigerator the middle shelf is unusable. This is not the model to buy.

I needed a short and narrow French door refrigerator and the picking are very small. This one fit the bill perfectly. Very simple controls and lots of room for the size. Also so quite, you hardly know it’s even running. The only complaint is the finish shows every smudge and fingerprint. To bad for the price of this,LG didn’t offer fingerprint resistant finish.

My only pet peeve is the top freezer drawer, I do wish it would pull out further over the bottom freezer to get to the ice trey container easier and other items next to it.

The icemaker broke two weeks after delivery. Had to call for repairman. This is not what I expect for a new product and as of today I am not happy with this product. I have had this refrigerator for just about over a month now, so it is too early to review the rest of the features or functions. Just have to wait and see....

It has so many shelves more than you need. Had to take one out in order to fit tall items in it. Only thing i miss is having ice dispenser in the door.
