[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my fridge about three weeks after ordering it, very reasonable considering we're in the middle of a pandemic. Once I got the fridge in the house & took the cardboard & other wrappings off, I was disappointed to see the back righthand corner was smashed. I decided to just keep it since that corner won't be seen once installed. It's just the fact that when you buy new, you expect perfect condition, which is my reason for 4 stars. I question myself, should I have packaged it back up & fight it back out of the house by myself, & drive an hour in a snowstorm to wait weeks for a new one, need a refrigerator now. I tried to send pictures but the place to post them won't except them. I Love the refrigerator, just bummed about that corner being smashed down.

I purchased this refrigerator approx 2 1/2 weeks ago. So far, I have been very happy with my purchase. Pro: Refrigerator runs quietly, ice and water functions work good. Con: Both doors on the refrigerator must be opened to access anything in the long drawer compartment under the veg & fruit drawers. The freezer drawer that holds the ice tray does not slide out as easily as I would like so I can have better access of the ice tray.

I didn't choose it; the previous owner bought it to make the kitchen look updated and fancy prior to putting the house on the market. I dislike this fridge and wish I could justify replacing a brand-new fridge. I hate that you have to force the doors shut instead of just giving them a push; I hate the stupid little song it plays when a door is left ajar (I like the idea of a sensor, but why can't it be a simple beep instead of this grating melody??); I hate that it doesn't have an ice dispenser on the door; I hate that the water dispenser pours SO SLOWLY; I hate that the freezer is basically just a big drawer to dump things in, with no built-in means to properly organize; I hate that the bottom drawer in the fridge requires that both fridge doors be open if you need to open the drawer all the way; and I hate that the front is not magnetic and I have to find another way to put up important notes that I've always, throughout my entire life, stuck to the fridge with magnets. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is that it works fine. I haven't had any problems with the temperature, and it's extremely quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting for 2 1/2 months for this refrigerator, we couldn’t be happier!! This was definitely worth the wait. The interior is very roomy for a 30” wide refrigerator. The filtered water in the door is well lighted, love the stainless steel and roomy door shelves.

Six months after purchase the fridge died. It apparently has a known not so great compressor. 18 days later we are still waiting for our fridge to be fixed and they tell us well the part is on back order so there is no known date as to when we will have it fixed. Terrible product and terrible customer service. LG tells us we just need to be patient???

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We looked and looked for a refridgerator with the water feature that would fit in the condo we purchased, we are so glad that this LG checked all the boxes, the water filter feature was just what we wanted and I love the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice refrigerator. and freezer. It's quiet. Great surface, easily cleaned, Reasonable interior. A couple of downsides, the shelving doesn't lend itself to an arrangement that allows gallon milk jugs to fit on shelves without unsatisfactory space dimensions for other shelves. I was not aware that they recommend against dairy on the doors, even though there is room for a gallon milk jug. I have no idea why it's specific to dairy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a 22 cu ft. after owning a 28 cu ft. for many years. It is a French door refrigerator. Overall, it is great. Only two issues. The side storage container space options are limited, so you cannot store many tall items, especially at the top shelves. Also, the guide on the left hand door (that helps the doord seal upon closing) often opens in a "half open" position, so when you close the left door, it hits the right hand door. You should not have to even think about it, but I do now so I don't damage the guide.

LG did sent out a repair man and took care of the repair but have denied and claim for the food lost. Obviously we are not hsppy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since my refrigerator space was limited there were only 2 refrigerators to choose from. We chose this one because there was more food space vs counter depth. Everything works well, it’s quiet, filtered water and ice cubes. Just wish it was fingerprint resistant.
