The Fridge is great we had a very specific size that we needed to get and it fit perfectly. We are coming from a 17 year old no frills fridge, so this was a major upgrade for us. As of right now, the only thing that we are not happy with, and it has been mentioned before, the fingerprints!! LG really needs to upgrade this.

I love this refrigerator. I have it in my rental unit and my tenants always say how much they love it as well. It’s a very nice design and it is very efficient it is actually saved me a lot of money on my electric bill compared to the previous friends that I had.

Bought this spring. Works great. A little noisy with humming. No dairy bin available as shown in product photos. Called customer service and sent new one. Received gallon bin on two calls. Called third time and now told unavailable. Please update your website.

How frustrating it is for the homeowner who only has space for a 32" wide refrigerator, which used to be the normal size refrigerator. Now, the sizes have changed to 33" & up. So people like me have to decrease the size of their fridge to a 29" or 30" width. The choices are EXTREMELY limited. I need black to match my other appliances and I would like a french door with water and ice dispensed through the door, basically, I want this refrigerator in black. I am ready to spend my money on a new refrigerator, but there is nothing suitable. Sad!

I didn't choose it; the previous owner bought it to make the kitchen look updated and fancy prior to putting the house on the market. I dislike this fridge and wish I could justify replacing a brand-new fridge. I hate that you have to force the doors shut instead of just giving them a push; I hate the stupid little song it plays when a door is left ajar (I like the idea of a sensor, but why can't it be a simple beep instead of this grating melody??); I hate that it doesn't have an ice dispenser on the door; I hate that the water dispenser pours SO SLOWLY; I hate that the freezer is basically just a big drawer to dump things in, with no built-in means to properly organize; I hate that the bottom drawer in the fridge requires that both fridge doors be open if you need to open the drawer all the way; and I hate that the front is not magnetic and I have to find another way to put up important notes that I've always, throughout my entire life, stuck to the fridge with magnets. The only reason I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1 is that it works fine. I haven't had any problems with the temperature, and it's extremely quiet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fridge shelves are poorly designed for putting anything tall in. I had hoped the water coming out of the dispenser would be cold, but nope, just slightly chilled. It also takes 40 seconds to fill a 20oz glass. Really?!

We brought this beautiful fridge 10/2021. March3, 2023, we found that all the food in the freezer had thawed. The entire unit was not cooling. It is now March 20th and we still haven't been able to get the unit fixed/and or approved for repair. A local serviceman came and through diagnosis discovered that the compressor was bad! The UPC label in The fridge has a completion date of 10/21. We are beyond dismayed, first at the breakdown, and secondly, the apparent lack of concern for our inconvenience and loss of money from the food stored inside from LG. Would have a difficult time endorsing this product

We have a very small kitchen, but wanted a French door, freezer-on-the bottom refrigerator. This model had more features than we had hoped for.. it’s very quiet and well designed. But our biggest compliment goes to the guys that delivered the appliance. The space we had was only 30 inches deep, and this fridge is 29.75 inches wide. The guys measured the entrance to our kitchen and noticed that our stove intruded on the entry space, which we didn’t think to take into account . They took the freezer door off and did everything else they possibly could to finagle the refrigerator into the space, but concluded that we’d need to temporarily move the stove before it would fit through. They couldn’t move the stove due to understandable liability issues, but they did take out our old fridge. We moved the stove and got the fridge into place ourselves. The delivery team was absolutely fantastic. They did much more than they were obligated to do. We were impressed.

This particular one meets my needs, roomy, ice maker in the draw? The bottom 2 drawers have plenty of room and the water on the door is cold and easy to dispense for big cups very quiet Very Happy with purchase and know I can depend on dependability for years to come with LG
