[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For years we have searched for a refrigerator that would fit in our 33" opening. This appliance is only 32" wide and has an awesome large buffet drawer as well as water in the door. Absolutely the best appliance we have purchased in years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got my fridge about three weeks after ordering it, very reasonable considering we're in the middle of a pandemic. Once I got the fridge in the house & took the cardboard & other wrappings off, I was disappointed to see the back righthand corner was smashed. I decided to just keep it since that corner won't be seen once installed. It's just the fact that when you buy new, you expect perfect condition, which is my reason for 4 stars. I question myself, should I have packaged it back up & fight it back out of the house by myself, & drive an hour in a snowstorm to wait weeks for a new one, need a refrigerator now. I tried to send pictures but the place to post them won't except them. I Love the refrigerator, just bummed about that corner being smashed down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a fridge that would fit in May 30 inch width area I have a very small kitchen I was looking around I couldn’t find anything I am exhausted myself and a friend told me that her own commended and elgi the small footprint but he’s very spacious inside man I’m glad I did I went to go look at it fall in love with it besides just looking great it has other features I had a drinking water just love it

This refrigerator was a DUD upon first delivery. Compressor failed and never cooled. I was really looking forward to having a new French door fridge. Such a disappointment. Now we need to wait for a replacement, as this is the only model which fits in our space. Good thing we kept our old fridge as a backup or we would be screwed…

I like the frozen food in the bottom drawer. It opens easily and the storage space is large. The ice maker performs well. The French doors open to hold large drink containers and affords more storage space.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just had this fridge installed. Fridge is well lit and cools well. Freezer makes cubed ice as which seems better than the typical wedge shaped ice. Looks good with the stainless front and darker sides. The interior is plentiful except the shelves are tricky to get in the correct position to accept taller bottled and jugs. The total size is 2 cubic feet smaller than my old one. It seems smaller due to the shelf configuration. Overall pleased I just have to get used to the shelving difference.

After just six months of use, it has frozen many items, far beyond what I anticipated. The top shelves are not adjustable, which is quite frustrating, and the side storage is very limited. I regret buying it and wish I had returned it.

I purchase this fridge back in 2021 and it has failed once and repaired recently by LG trade square. I am little disappointed the fact it took about 2 weeks for it repaired, from ordering the parts and 2 appointments to fix the unit. I am hoping the unit can last me at least a decade or 15 years like my last unit.

I purchased this model refrigerator in June and have had it installed for 1.5 months. So far it’s been great! I do wish that the freezer top drawer had a higher back as things have a tendency to slide out the back and under the drawer if stacked too high. I also wish it would connect to the trouble shooting app LG has just in case I ever needed it.
