good taste and easy to shread

All products were fine with the exception of the cheese. It was horrible. Very crumbly Couldn't cut it without it crumbling into pieces. Couldn't get a whole slice.

We use a lot of cheddar cheese in our kitchen. Shredded cheese has additives we don't care to consume plus it doesn't melt as well. The taste is on par with more expensive cheese & is more reasonable.

Sadly, the quality of Members Mark Brand continues to decrease across all products. This was a preferred item for our family. Now it's lacking in flavor, and "moist" like cheese product instead of dry like good quality cheese. Yet another of our staple items we have stopped buying from Sams Club.

Difficult to shred because it’s too moist and too soft. Also neither the texture nor the flavor is truly “sharp” in my opinion. This is not my first choice for block sharp cheddar. It’s really mediocre as cheddar goes. I love cheese and this is somewhat disappointing.

I prefer extra sharp but not in stock. Smooth texture, melts easily, overall, a decent product.
