It's usually not so sharp more of a normal cheese Sharpness in my opinion. But cheese industry seems to be rushing the age process and using Peta approved artificial chemicals to start off hard chease has not helped the industry's consistancy issues.

Difficult to shred because it’s too moist and too soft. Also neither the texture nor the flavor is truly “sharp” in my opinion. This is not my first choice for block sharp cheddar. It’s really mediocre as cheddar goes. I love cheese and this is somewhat disappointing.

This is just not a good tasting sharp cheddar. Would not buy this again.

I prefer extra sharp because it has more flavor.

Good we love cheddar cheese. I hope the price stays that way.we made nachos and tacos 🌮

Use these to cut in into smaller squares for light snacking and in crackers . Excellent. Taste

Has a weird texture. Kinda like velveeta cheese. And doesn't taste like sharpncheddar at all

Its an ok cheese to shred for meals and salads but not tasty enough tp eat alone

Great tasting cheese, great buy

good taste and easy to shread
