We always grab this, almost every visit. It's a staple! With so many wanting to move away from the cellulose coated pre-shredded cheese - this is the one I come for every time. Great flavor, melts great, consistent quality, shreds well! We use for everything!

Member's Mark Sharp Cheddar hits the mark every time. The flavor is bold and tangy the way sharp cheddar should be, not a watered-down version trying to pass as sharp. The block format is far better than pre-shredded because you control the thickness, whether you are slicing for sandwiches, cubing for a snack board, or shredding fresh for cooking. Fresh shredded melts cleaner and tastes better than the bagged stuff with anti-caking agents. The size is ideal for a Sam's Club buy and it keeps well in the fridge when wrapped properly. Excellent quality for the price. This is a permanent item on my Sam's list.

I have got to where I get this every time I come in Sam's. This is a great price for the amount of product and it is one of our favorite cheeses. We use this a lot in our cooking. This beats even the cheapest grocery chain as far as price per ounce. I purchased it also because I shred my own cheese.

I'm a Tillamook cheese girl, but this cheese is the next best thing. A++ in my book and great price.

We use a lot of cheddar cheese in our kitchen. Shredded cheese has additives we don't care to consume plus it doesn't melt as well. The taste is on par with more expensive cheese & is more reasonable.

This cheese is pretty good for its low price point. It called itself "sharp" but isn't very sharp compared to others. Good buy.

2 pounds of cheese for a great price. I keep plenty in stock for my recipes. Plus we like real cheddar cheese and don't purchase pre- grated cheese.

Great tasting cheese without all the additives of shredded cheese, like mold retardant found in most shredded cheese. Why would anyone want to eat mold retardant? Shred your own cheese and stay safe.

As usual, cheese is good. I'm only adding comments because I had no idea not every Sam's carries Members Mark block cheese! The Moore location does thankfully but the other one I shop in OKC does not. I think that is super weird.

I buy this all the time! It tastes wonderful and is just cheese. It's worth shredding. I do not like buying shredded cheese because they contain wood pulp.
