Very economical block cheese. Great taste for very sharpe cheddar. The price fits well in my slim budget and I just cut the cheese as I need it to keep it fresher tasting. Stores well in fridge.

Been using in baking sourdough bread..I cut in chunks or shred.. best cheddar flavor
