The package I was received was open and the cheese was moldy. I emailed customer service but never got a response.

I cut several slices for a snack, leave slices out for at least 15 minutes, tastes better at room temperature & with pepper jelly on a cracker.

Not as good as some I've tried but still a quality cheese. The grandkids love it in their mac and cheese.

It’s usually good. But be aware sometimes it has gotten frozen at some point and causes it to I crumble which makes it poor for cutting.

2 pounds of cheese for a great price. I keep plenty in stock for my recipes. Plus we like real cheddar cheese and don't purchase pre- grated cheese.

The smaller packs are okay but I much prefer the savings of purchasing the large 5 lb blocks that don't seem to be available anymore

I buy this all the time! It tastes wonderful and is just cheese. It's worth shredding. I do not like buying shredded cheese because they contain wood pulp.

Saw that this was less expensive than my Tillamook so it was worth a shot. Immediately my kids asked if this was Velvetta (not good). It feels like a processed soft cheese and doesn’t have much flavor.

I had to stop buying local grocery store's cheese. It molded within a few days of purchasing and had a bitter taste. Cheese from Sam's is a treat in comparison.

I prefer extra sharp because it has more flavor.
