This is a good cheese that we use for so many recipes cincluding mac & cheeese, pimento cheese spread, grilled cheese sandwiches, cheesy potatoes, and beer cheese soup. I like to shred it along with the Member's Mark Colby & Monterey Jack cheese and use them together in Tex/Mex dishes and egg dishes. I will absolutely buy this again!

I prefer extra sharp because it has more flavor.

I’m happy the price has come down on Sam’s sharp cheddar. The flavor is good, cheese seems a little waxy or maybe it just has more moisture than the the Kirkland stuff that has been discontinued. I appreciate the price and the availability. Probably the best option out there right now.

Not as good as some I've tried but still a quality cheese. The grandkids love it in their mac and cheese.

Had to throw away. Date was 01/26/26 but was molded. Had been in refrigerator, unopened. Did not notice mold until I opened.

I cut several slices for a snack, leave slices out for at least 15 minutes, tastes better at room temperature & with pepper jelly on a cracker.

Members Mark Sharp Cheddar Cheese is outstanding. Just cannot understand why this location doesn’t stick the EXTRA SHARP

Good value. Cheddar cheese is my husband‘s favorite! We always buy black cheese to avoid fillers that are added to shredded cheese.

The package I was received was open and the cheese was moldy. I emailed customer service but never got a response.

Very economical block cheese. Great taste for very sharpe cheddar. The price fits well in my slim budget and I just cut the cheese as I need it to keep it fresher tasting. Stores well in fridge.
