Nice Anti-fingerprint Induction Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung Bespoke Smart Slide-In Induction Range This stove is very nice. I particularly like the anti scratch and anti fingerprint features. The design is what you would expect coming from Samsung very up-to-date looking, boxy, clean, and sleek. This matches well when you have other Samsung appliances. It is an induction range which heats up food more quickly and evenly. It works great. It does not come with the 40 amp plug you have to buy one separately. I think this is odd since their other appliances come with two different kinds so that you can get it going right away in case you forget to buy one before the appliance arrives. It's got 6.3 ft³ of oven space. It has Wi-Fi so you can use it from the SmartThings app on your phone. There are blue lights on the panel that light up to show you the temperature and more. I really like the way that it heats up boiling water quickly. I rate this four stars out of five. And if you are looking for an induction range in matte black or stainless steel that is anti-scratch and anti-fingerprint I highly recommend you buy this stove! You will be happy, and it makes a nice addition to any home.
Huge upgrade over gas range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range replaced a dual fuel propane range and we love the switch to induction. I had previously tested a measured amount of water and timed it to reach a boil because I wanted to compare it to this new range. The gas range took 9.5 minutes to boil 3.5 cups of water. The same amount of water took 4.5 minutes on the induction range set at 9 power and 2.25 minutes set at boost. That is insane! The touchpad takes a little getting used to versus traditional knobs, but it is easy to operate. I do wish it were easier to lock the touchpad while in use and while not in use because I've accidentally turned something on when cleaning it. The matte surface of the cooktop is wonderful though the touchpad is prone to fingerprints. A spray of window cleaner fixes that easily though. Speaking of cleaning, it is a breeze to clean this cooktop! Food falls out of the pan? No problem to take care of it versus fishing it from the flames of a gas range or just letting it be until you're done. No more scrubbing when a pot boils over. You can easily pick up the pan and swipe a towel over the water and move on. The heat controls are so responsive that it seems magical. I love, love, love, this induction cooktop. The only time I've noticed the cooktop making noise (I've heard complaints of induction buzzing on other ranges) is if the bottom of the pan is wet and when you first turn a burner on. Otherwise all I hear are the sounds of cooking. The oven seems like a standard oven. We previously had a convection oven and I may miss that a little, but in reality we don't use our big oven often. I do wish it had a grate on the very bottom like my previous range because I had perfected cooking pizza down there. I guess just more excuses to make pizza for dinner while I find the sweet spot in this range! The drawer on the bottom fits my half sheet pans for storage with room to spare! Our fridge is stainless but the stainless options were out of stock so I chose the black stainless. I actually think I prefer this look as so much of the range is black anyway. I highly recommend this range and the transition to induction. You will not regret it.
Beautifully Modern Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This beautifully modern Samsung range has quickly become a favorite in my kitchen. The SmartThings App is surprisingly handyâI love being able to preheat the oven from my phone, especially when Iâm in a rush. The Anti-Scratch Matte Glass Cooktop not only looks great but holds up well against daily use, which gives me peace of mind. I didnât expect to notice much difference with the Dual Noise Cancellation, but it genuinely makes cooking a quieter, more pleasant experience. The Self Clean and Steam Clean options are lifesavers; they make cleaning up after big meals so much easier. And honestly, the black stainless-steel finish is just stunningâit stays looking sharp with minimal effort, which is a huge plus!
Easy to use and clean. Sleek design.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I appreciate the matte top for the stove. It's incredibly easy to clean and looks great. I first tested the stove by boiling water. Honestly, I think that's the fastest I've ever boiled water. The speed in which it changes temperature is far faster than my prior electric stove. The oven has a lovely blue on the inside. I've baked chocolate cookies (copycat fudge rounds) and homemade pretzel buns. Both turned out fabulous. I would highly recommend this range.
Easy to Use and Clean!
Purchased oven about 6 months ago. The induction is great and makes it easy to clean. Heats up very quickly. Have baked inside the oven multiple times with great success. Bread and pizza from 425-500F turned out excellent. I have not measured the actual temperatures, but so far food has turned out great.
Smart is Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought cooking would be even more enjoyable. Please note you will need induction pots and pans to be able to use this range. First thing I did was try to set up the range on my Smart Things app. One thing to mention, if you canât connect your range to the Smart Things app, try to default it using the cooktop panel in settings. Once defaulted it connected right away for me! I love the Smart Things app, such a life changer. I tend to multitask and hey sometimes I check on my food too late, There is a setting on the cooktop side that can send you reminders that you are cooking. The Oven side of it is even better. You can set up your oven to preheat from your phone and set up a timer during the baking process. Note if your timer runs out, your oven turns off (super awesome to me in case I get tied up and can't get to the oven in time). Another cool feature is this range has a boost feature on the cooktop that is amazing. I found it helpful if you want your water to boil or get a pan hot faster so you can start cooking right away. It also has a feature set up if you remove your pot or pan off the burner it will shut it down for you. Overall this range has made my cooking fun and safe with all these smart features.
Nice and fancy range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this range for my newly remodel kitchen! I was very excited to try this induction range as it has a lot of smart functions. Instead of traditional power knobs, it has a smart pad to control both the oven and the cooktop. It heats up food very fast, much faster than normal electrical ranges I used before, I am sure it will save a lot of energy in long term! I also love the anti scratch surface of this range, which makes it a lot easier to clean. Overall, I am very satisfied with this Samsung induction range.
Amazing Upgrade!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been an amazing range by far, It is a big upgrade to our old electric stove. We had our doubts about choosing an induction range since we had not owned one before. Many questions and much research later we decided to go with it and are very glad we did. We love this range, the pans do actually heat up a lot faster than a regular electric range. The SmartThings feature has been very useful for preheating the oven which I usually forget to do ahead of time. I can just either use my phone or voice to set it up, very useful function. The anti-scratch cooktop is absolutely great as well, we try to be careful but things happen and guess what still no scratches! Only downsides I can see are the smudges on the touch area of the range. No matter what it always smudges, which is not a deal breaker but a minor nuisance. The openings at the top back edge of the range are a bit annoying since food can go in there, but again might just be user error, would just have to get used to it and be more careful when cleaning. Overall we really love this range and are glad we decided to go with the induction option.
Smart and Chic!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are really enjoying this Samsung Oven because of all its extra features and amenities! My husband is a chef, so he was constantly griping over our old oven. The oven and the induction cook top heat up super fast. For the stovetop, the heat is localized to the burner so no more burning handles and uneven cooking. It's also very easy to clean and keep clean, except for the small rubber space where crumbs could get stuck if small enough. Also, no more looking for the hot spots in the oven when baking, since it thoroughly heats evenly! I haven't had a chance to try the slef-clean feature but am excited to try it. I have a Samsung mobile phone, so wireless connectivity and being able to control the range with the SmarThings app is appreciated. One of my favorites things is the mobile reminder if the range is left on. Overall, we are very happy with the purchase!
Fantastic Induction Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The induction range heats up incredibly fast, thus reducing my cooking time. Boiling water, cooking meat, and vegetables are quicker and more efficient. The temperature control allows me to cook any food without the fear of burning. This induction range is also very easy to clean. The glass surface won't get hot to burn any spills. Unlike other electric ranges, the food won't get stuck in between the gap. Like this range so much
