[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I've been extremely happy with my new Samsung induction range. Its performance is absolutely top tier. I'm able to boil water in a matter of minutes, and the oven is also excellent performance with the convection feature making complex bakes a breeze. The only issues that I would say that I have with this unit are surrounding the controls. They are a little bit delicate to the touch, and sometimes they're not responsive in a way that I would like when I first engage with them. Part of this may be due to user error or getting used to the new unit, but I figured it was worth mentioning. The other small gripe that I have is that the oven light does not turn on independently. The master oven feature must be turned on to turn on or off the oven light. This is something that I often forget about when I'm removing my bakes from the oven. It would be nice if you could turn this off independently. All that being said, these are minor gripes compared to an extremely capable and technologically advanced oven. I'm very happy with my purchase and would happily recommend this unit to anybody looking for a replacement or in addition to their kitchen.

Stove and oven work extremely well, both have reduced my cooking time by half. Highly recommend if you have a busy schedule, can cook a plate of pasta in less than 10 minutes. Also super easy to clean. Stove top super resistant, my kids dropped a glass on it not even a scratch.

I don't think I've ever hated a machine more than I hate this one. It looks pretty, but the touch screen controls almost never respond to my fingers when I try to turn things on and off. I touch the same icon over and over and over again, trying ever angle, every length of time, every amount of pressure possible in an attempt to get the touch screen to respond at all. This is super frustrating when I'm just trying to turn it on, but when I finally do get it to turn on and then it won't respond to turn it off when I'm trying to wrap up preparing my meal, it's enraging. But when I lean over the range to clean it or to get something out of the microwave above it and I accidentally lean onto the touch screen, it turns on EVERY TIME. The smart feature/app is a joke as well. You have to turn on smart features at the range EACH TIME you want to use the app, which makes it pointless. If I'm working in my office upstairs and I realize it's time to preheat the oven and I don't want to run downstairs to do that, I should be able to open the app and turn the oven on so it can be preheating while I wrap up work. But nope. Samsung decided to design this so you have to go to the range and touch a button giving the app permission to work every single time. And good luck getting the smart app permission button to actually notice you're tapping it. Also, the oven light button doesn't work unless the oven button is turned on first on the touch screen. So if I forgot to turn off the oven light when things were done cooking, I have to turn on the oven again, then turn off the oven light, then turn on the oven. That's three times I have to try to get the touch screen to notice I'm pressing a button. ALSO, it might look cool to have no ridge around the outside of the stovetop, but unfortunately, this means that if your water boils over and runs out of its pot, there's nothing to catch the liquid before it just flows right off the side of the stove and down the side of the range, onto the floor. I thought having no ridges would make it easier to clean the stove, but it's just become another part of the nightmare of this machine. Luckily I don't have a counter on the left side and the left side is where the liquid decided to flow off onto the floor. It was frustrating to clean up still, but if it had dribbled down in between the stove and the counter/cupboard on the right side so I had to move the stove out to clean up, it would've been even more awful. Small comfort, I guess. I truly wish I could afford to just smash this brand new appliance to pieces. It would be so cathartic. I got this to make life better, not harder. It's so hard to get anything delivered to my house because of how we're situated in the mountains so I don't even have the heart right now to get Samsung to send me a better option, if that's even a thing. This whole experience just makes me tired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been an amazing range by far, It is a big upgrade to our old electric stove. We had our doubts about choosing an induction range since we had not owned one before. Many questions and much research later we decided to go with it and are very glad we did. We love this range, the pans do actually heat up a lot faster than a regular electric range. The SmartThings feature has been very useful for preheating the oven which I usually forget to do ahead of time. I can just either use my phone or voice to set it up, very useful function. The anti-scratch cooktop is absolutely great as well, we try to be careful but things happen and guess what still no scratches! Only downsides I can see are the smudges on the touch area of the range. No matter what it always smudges, which is not a deal breaker but a minor nuisance. The openings at the top back edge of the range are a bit annoying since food can go in there, but again might just be user error, would just have to get used to it and be more careful when cleaning. Overall we really love this range and are glad we decided to go with the induction option.

My wife is enjoying the induction cooking as it speeds up the cooking process without losing any consistency. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I'm really enjoying the range. The oven preheats very quickly as does the induction cook top. The heating element is at the top of the oven which makes cleaning the base of the oven much simpler. Each induction area can have its own timer which is great when you have multiple pots going. We cook nearly every day in our home. The seal around the oven door is very effective at keeping the heat in. It would be great if they made it easier to link 2 devices to the range via Bluetooth, but the remote cooking controls are of less interest for us. It's easy to use with intuitive controls- all in all a great buy!

We purchased this oven range and had installed in January and after using it for a few months, I can say I am quite disappointed. It absolutely boils water very quickly but the burners have 2 settings, despite the heat range of 1-10. The lowest setting, 1, is essentially no heat (great), but 2 literally boils/burns items.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying I am a culinary professional. I've worked in the industry for 20 plus years. This range will make you a better chef from beginner to expert. The controls on the induction are fantastically laid out and the temperature range is perfect. There is almost no noise. Anyone familiar with induction knows that some units can produce highly irritating screeching noises. There is some noise but it is not irritating and will not be heard over a vent fan. I have timed cold water to boil on the boost feature and it goes from tab temperature to boil in 1 minute and 30 seconds. The oven is perfectly acceptable. It does not have convection but I find that I don't use convection in my main oven anyways I leave that for toaster oven and air fryer. The steam clean future works amazingly well and the oven holds temperature very well. The anti-scratch top is a little slippery but I would say that is for the ease of cleanup. Everything just wipes off this top. Completely different than my old electric range where you would have to scrub forever. I am extremely happy I decided to get this unit and plan to make many many delicious meals for my family in it. I am working on filling in gap from my previous 40 inch oven that's why photos are right.

Very easy to connect to smart things and makes it easy to set up my oven time and temperature, I like that you get notifications when cook is done and oven is off. Induction is a gamechanger fromm cooking. It doesn't heat up the kitchen as much and it fast like instantaneous. I can boil water for boiling eggs in 2 minutes.

The cooktop boils water in less than half the time as our gas stove. The large oven heats evenly and it has already made a difference in my sourdough bread baking (good and even rise!). I also love the look. Everyone comments on it when they first see it. Now we just need to get the matching the bespoke microwave!
