Heating food is so quick and precise. The oven is spot on with regards to temperature, and the controls for both are intuitive and easy to read. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t really cook much.. but once I experienced this range, I wanted to keep cooking. First few times it hit me that the induction makes the cooktop turn off if removed. Seems if you want the surface to cool down faster, that’s the way to do it. But what really caught my attention was when I got added to the smart things app and was able to see what’s on and off while I cook. No longer shall I burn food! App shows what level heat is set on cook top (not adjustable remotely). For the oven, this all works the best. Can control the temperature, timer and turn off the oven if needed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently made the decision to switch from a gas stove to induction and decided to purchase this Bespoke appliance. I am so glad we did! The cooktop boils water in less than half the time as our gas stove. The large oven heats evenly and it has already made a difference in my sourdough bread baking (good and even rise!). I also love the look. Everyone comments on it when they first see it. Now we just need to get the matching the bespoke microwave!

I don't think I've ever hated a machine more than I hate this one. It looks pretty, but the touch screen controls almost never respond to my fingers when I try to turn things on and off. I touch the same icon over and over and over again, trying ever angle, every length of time, every amount of pressure possible in an attempt to get the touch screen to respond at all. This is super frustrating when I'm just trying to turn it on, but when I finally do get it to turn on and then it won't respond to turn it off when I'm trying to wrap up preparing my meal, it's enraging. But when I lean over the range to clean it or to get something out of the microwave above it and I accidentally lean onto the touch screen, it turns on EVERY TIME. The smart feature/app is a joke as well. You have to turn on smart features at the range EACH TIME you want to use the app, which makes it pointless. If I'm working in my office upstairs and I realize it's time to preheat the oven and I don't want to run downstairs to do that, I should be able to open the app and turn the oven on so it can be preheating while I wrap up work. But nope. Samsung decided to design this so you have to go to the range and touch a button giving the app permission to work every single time. And good luck getting the smart app permission button to actually notice you're tapping it. Also, the oven light button doesn't work unless the oven button is turned on first on the touch screen. So if I forgot to turn off the oven light when things were done cooking, I have to turn on the oven again, then turn off the oven light, then turn on the oven. That's three times I have to try to get the touch screen to notice I'm pressing a button. ALSO, it might look cool to have no ridge around the outside of the stovetop, but unfortunately, this means that if your water boils over and runs out of its pot, there's nothing to catch the liquid before it just flows right off the side of the stove and down the side of the range, onto the floor. I thought having no ridges would make it easier to clean the stove, but it's just become another part of the nightmare of this machine. Luckily I don't have a counter on the left side and the left side is where the liquid decided to flow off onto the floor. It was frustrating to clean up still, but if it had dribbled down in between the stove and the counter/cupboard on the right side so I had to move the stove out to clean up, it would've been even more awful. Small comfort, I guess. I truly wish I could afford to just smash this brand new appliance to pieces. It would be so cathartic. I got this to make life better, not harder. It's so hard to get anything delivered to my house because of how we're situated in the mountains so I don't even have the heart right now to get Samsung to send me a better option, if that's even a thing. This whole experience just makes me tired.

The Samsung Induction Range is sleek and safe with its hidden controls that can lock both oven and cooktop so you don't accidentally turn it on by leaning against it. The Induction cooktop is amazing, fast and precise and really is anti-scratch. I was used to baking in convection ovens and didn't realize this oven has a Hidden Baking Element on the bottom so was a bit of a learning curve but works well.Great value and performance, I highly recommend this range.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this new stove which replaced a gas stove. I had been concerned about air quality, cooking with gas, especially since my husband has asthma. This unit solves that issue and does it with style. I do the cooking and my husband cleans up after me, so he is especially pleased with how easy it is to clean this. I did have to sell some of my old pots and pans and get a couple new items, but who doesn't like to cook with brand new equipment? I have found the learning curve to be pretty easy so I have included a picture of the first dish I made that used the cooktop to sear the pork medallions and the oven to roast the vegetables and finish the dish. My husband was skeptical about my replacing a perfectly good stove, but he has come around to like the new one.

I had this only a week and live the fact burners don’t stay HOT!!! I have burnt my hand several times with my old electric stove (Metal elements) When using the oven the top stays cool. There is a slight learning curve to cooking in the oven, but I’ve found that if I cooked at the lowest time it hen let it sit in oven a couple minutes it comes out perfectly. I also enjoyed the fact that when pan is removed an alarm went off then if pan wasn’t returned stove automatically shuts off. I received compensation for this review but this review is my own.

We've had a standalone induction plate to experiment with prior to buying the Samsung. We just had the Samsung installed today. Ibran tests on our pots and pans checking compatibility. This is a feature built into the Samsung range. We also tested the range top controls and oven controls. The oven cleaning cycles will come in handy, as will the two lower temp settings (bread proofing @95°F and 175° warming). I do wish a target temperature could be specified as is the case with our standalone plate, but 0 to 9 is typical for an electric range. We haven't made time yet to give it a workout, so our opinion is subject to change. But so far the only think I don't like about the Samsung oven/range is the sharp corners of the handle and top itself, both of which protrude beyond the edge of the counter top. I expect these will be the sources of bruises for anyone with small children or grand children (as have we), and perhaps even the occasional hip check bruise to the adults scurrying around the kitchen. Corners of things that get used every day should *always* be softened with radiused edges and or rounded corners. People USE this thing more than LOOK at it. C'mon Samsung; yiu can do better!

Looks great. Easy to clean. Product did arrive with a scratch on it. So far it seems like it's been an easy process to get a replacement but now we have to wait to get another for 2 months. Getting the free cookware has not been an easy process. So, don't plan on having them quickly.
