I really like this Serta bed; it's firm enough that you won't sink in, and the edges stay firm. It's so comfortable that I replaced all my beds with Serta Ashley. Even when I started putting it in my STR properties, guests always said it's incredibly comfortable.

I saw this mattress in the warehouse, have been checking reviews and comparing it for months. I want to buy a King for myself. My granddaughter relocated to KY so I decided to get it for her so she didnt blow money on a bad mattress somewhere else. I purchased the Queen (missed the last great sale) but I am thoroughly comfortable that it was the best deal for the quality.

We needed a bed for a guest room. Wanted something decent and not cheap. We searched several bedding stores and all of them had the same cheap mattress just under that stores brand. We went to Sams and looked. I bought it immediately after seeing it in person. Guest was happy with mattress .

Best Mattress I ever owned

This is the best mattress we have ever owned. We initially purchased this mattress (two of them) for my two teenage boys to replace their old worn out ones. We were so happy with it that we decided to replace the other two mattresses in the house ( both of which had many years of use left in them and cost 4-10 times as much. And had many years left on the warranty.

For the price, $265. You can't beat it. Very comfortable, not too firm. The mattress I purchased was labeled medium firm. I've been sleeping on it for 3.5 weeks now. I slept well on it right out of the plastic. Duribility wise, only time will tell.

Worst shipping/delivery service, ever

Sam's Club buyers, beware! I ordered this mattress on January 7th, to be shipped because it was out of stock at the warehouse closest to my residence. Today is February 12th and I still have have not received the mattress because the shipping company that Serta uses is the WORST shipping company I have ever come across. They have rescheduled the delivery two and this needs to be looked into. This is the WORST customer experience I have had and I am also very disappointed with the response from Sam's Club.

HORRIBLE COMPANY

Do not buy a Serta mattress!! worst mattress company ever. the mattress had a hole around the pipping. it took several months of serta requesting photo's (one at a time). Why not ask for all the pics at one time. Sams set up a call with a supervisor. I took time off work for the supervisor to call and NO CALL. writing this is waisting my time
