Bough this for my tween son. I slept on it with him a couple times and my hips hurt every time. I am not picky about mattresses. I get a great night's sleep on random airbnb and hotel mattresses. But this is the worst I've slept on. I'm so happy for the sleep guarantee because we sent this one back. My son also started to admit it was hurting him as well.

nightmare ordering, cancelling, customer service

Haven't use this product . The website works like a turtle . Ordering is a challenge . Delivery takes 22 days. Cancelling the order takes 1 hour. Is there anything I have to brag about Samclub website ? my ddownload speed is : 415mpbs upload speed is 20mpbs so it is not a not a computer problem
