I really really wanted to like this product. I grew up with a mother who preached a lot of natural remedies and I try to use natural remedies with my children, when we can. My daughter got a fever over a week ago and I gave her this product as recommended for 5 days, and it did nothing to help ease her fever. Instead, her fever broke naturally after I stopped giving her this pain reducer.

This product was amazing. Usually I have a very hard time getting my Nephew to take any kind of medicine. From the first dose I gave him for a fever he actually took it willingly. He liked the taste and was happy it wasn’t really thick like Children’s Tylenol

My daughter caught a cold this week and I tried this product. First of all, when I took out the box, my daughter was very interested in this product because of the cute animals painted on it; secondly, it tasted sweet, and when I fed it to my daughter, she did not resist . Today, my daughter’s cold symptoms have improved a lot.

I am really grateful that I didn't need this for my daughter - but I did give it to my sister in law because my nephew was running a slight fever. She said it worked like a charm. My nephew was also complaining of aches and pains and the Genexa helped with that as well. I definitely will purchase a bottle or 2 to keep in the house in case we ever need it.

My son was sick with a 101.5 fever and I gave him the pain reliever. I like that the medication had natural ingredients. The fever broke the next day. He is also Autistic and he didn't mind the taste. I will definitely purchase more of this for him.

It is like any other brand of pain medication for kids. I honestly thought it was going to be cheaper. I like that it has not dyes and artificial flavors. I might buy some of the other products that they care but they aren't carried in the stores around me. You can only by them online.
