Kids’ Pain & Fever Medicine by Genexa is great. Made from ingredients free of dyes, common allergens, or Parabens. Flavored with real berries (blueberries) for a natural tasting medicine. Great working medicine made with clean ingredients. Definitely the right choice for little ones! Would recommend!

Thankfully we haven't had to use this product again but we were very happy to receive a free sample as we have tried the product before and it worked fantastic for my son when he had a mild flu last Spring. The taste is good, even for my fussy kid, and the effects are felt quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the smell. It was not off putting and didn't make it seem like was medicine. It has all natural ingredients as you can have for a medicinal agent. Since I have children of varying ages in my care I thought I would do a full spread of trials with it. It seemed to work quite well for the 3 and 5 year old, but my 17 year old needed something stronger. Outside of that I felt it was a good change to the normal who knows what's in this kind of medicine given to kids.

I like knowing exactly what I’m giving to her when she absolutely needs something. She struggles with growing pains and gets really uncomfortable and this will help her as needed to allow her to rest comfortably.

My baby's were so sick an running fevers. They are very funny about taking medicine so I usually have to trick them, but I showed him the bottle they said they were willing to try it they did not fight me I'm taking it they like the flavor so that made it much more easy for them to take the medicine. And it worked great they're fever broke.

My daughter had an ear infection and fevered, I was so thankful I had this! My daughter is 2 years old so getting her medicine could be tricky. She actually didn't mind the taste of this! I worked great, very comparable to other medicine I used for fever and pain. I was very happy that this one didn't have any dyes or parabens. Will be repurchasing this when needed.
