[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kid’s Pain & Fever by Genexa was a new and different brand of medicine for my little one but it definitely got the job done when she was experiencing a Fever from her shots. I’m glad it had a nice flavor to it because some times it can taste like Pepto Bismol (Yucky). I highly recommend this to my family and friends with little ones as well.

It is gluten-free and vegan. All ingredients are natural. It It’s a little sweet, but my kids like the taste. I’ll definitely purchase this again. #trynatural

It definitely worked for my little one when teething and trying to sleep. I do think with the agave it is sweet enough without additional flavors. Another product with a flavor option work if flavor is needed for some. I appreciate the organic and non gmo ingredients but am questionable when I see an ingredient that just says 'flavor'

Purchased the Genexa pain relief with acetaminophen for my infant daughter as she only has one kidney. We had to give it to him after a set of immunizations and she really took it well. It really helped with her fever and pain, and I had so much comfort in knowing it was free from dyes, etc. We will definitely purchase this brand again.

#trynatural Genexa pain and fever for kids offers clean and effective relief without artificial ingredients which is exactly what I want for my grandchildren! The Organic blueberry taste is pleasant tasting. Definitely the product you would want to choose!!

I loved that these are clean of dyes and parabens, they are a little hard to find as all stores t had them available but when i did find it they are in the kids section if the medicine aisle, easily spotted by the design of the box front, I love this so safe for the kids

I LOVE that this is product is dye free and made with organic agave syrup. My 3 year old likes the flavor (she does not like the popular name brand stuff) and it brought her fever down. It’s a huge win win for us and I’m so glad I found this product. Thank you Genexa!

This is a great product; it works quickly on providing relief, and my kid did not complain about the taste. With no artificial color, free of 8 allergens, and flavored with organic berries, I feel more at ease in giving him a natural medicine, instead of conventional drugs. I always will have this product on hand just in case, and I highly recommend it.

Reduced the fever and helped my daughter with her body Aches. Loved this product as it is made of natural ingredients. But my son does not like taste may be because it hadls less sugar. It is made of corn so those who stays away from corn should not get it. For us its ok but since son does not like cannot use it anymore
