Her headache and fever went down within about 30 minutes and she was able to sleep more comfortably. Great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The syrup comes out a little gooey but it seems to go down in the same way as other acetaminophen syrups. (Not that easy for the little ones even though it is sweet enough.) I love that it doesn't have anything artificial!

I am happy to have discovered this awesome Genexa pain and fever reducer. Finally, a medicine I can give my kids, that is safer for them. With no dyes, parables of common allergens. I love that it is flavored with real organic blueberries. I would recommend.

I was able to get a free sample of the Genexa Kid's Pain and Fever and I am very happy with it. My 6 year old has not been feeling well the past couple of days and it is a fight to get her to take meds until now. She ended up loving the taste of it. Her fever was gone with in 30 to 45 mins and she was back up and playing. I love the fact it only has six ingredients and they are ingredients that are not genetically modified. I will be buying this again and will be trying the other medicine that Genexa makes.

The kids took this with ease as both had a slight fever from a cold that they caught. No fuss easy to administer and they seemed to really like the flavor so there was zero complaining. Made my mind at ease using this Genexa product and it worked as it should with no allergens and a great flavor.

My kids said that it tastes great and it works (which is the best part!), but my favorite thing about it is that it’s dye free. As a mom with children who are sensitive to dyes, sometimes it’s really hard to find medications without red #40 and this one is totally safe for our family to consume.
