[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had to use it once so can say it did work on fever not 100 on pain my kids did enjoy the flavor and easy to give them without making a mess like alot of other brands.

Its one of one medicines i try , help my kids with pain and discomfort from flu sintoms its goid to know that this dont have dyes or sugar its natural base

Happy to find natural alternatives that can be used when medicine is still needed. I rarely use antihistamines or acetaminophen but I like that I now have both active ingredients on hand without the other junk.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No different than Tylenol basically. Seemed to be the same effect for my kiddos fevers. I like the fact that it has natural ingredients though it costs a lot more than Tylenol.

I believe it's great pain relief for kids it works really well and does not have anything artificial in it and it has a great taste your kid well love it
