[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product tastes very sweet. Great ingredients. We didn’t notice a big effect after using it. But we have sensitivities, but not an allergy.

I like this product. It works well for my family and our little ones. It seems that kids are sick alot so this is a good product to have on hand for sickness or teething. It was easy to find. I have recommended to 1 other individual so far.

So far this has been the only medicine my toddler son would actually swallow without a fight. The flavor isn't bad and it helped him to feel better rather quickly. I'm super grateful for finding this brand,

This is a great all natural product that WORKS. I feel comfortable giving this to my children, and they enjoy the taste. I am able to find it at my local grocery store which is a major plus!

Kids pain and fever by Genexa is great! I love that is is clean medicine. It was no dyes or parabens. Plus my son actually likes the taste! I don't think I could go back to the unhealthy medicine I have been giving him.

Kids took it with NO problems!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2 separate children, on 2 separate occasions had to take this medicine for fever and/or pain from an injury. Both children took the medication without any complaints, meaning the taste was good!

This is a great alternative to Tylenol with clean ingredients and no artificial additives. I gave this to my son when he spiked a 103 degree fever and it helped ease his discomfort.

The gene a kids pain and fever was okay but it could have been better. I ended up using another brand. I am not sure if I would buy it again but it had a lot of pluses since it was free of dyes and other fillets

That being said, please know that not every ingredient in all of our products are natural or organic but what makes us different is unlike the other major OTC brands, we use no artificial fillers (no artificial dyes, colors, or preservatives, no gluten, lactose, or any other common allergens, no parabens, no titanium dioxide, and so on). We use the same effective medicines without any unnecessary artificial ingredients.
