my son gave this to me as a gift and I loved the concept. But every single brew.. or k cup I get grounds. We have tried absolutely everything. Grounds and more grounds.

It has a lot of gizmos, but the unit is under powered, coffee is not hot in all settings, coffee does not taste good. I miss my old coffee maker, do not waste your money, look else where.

I bought it a couple of weeks ago and have not been disappointed. Does everything well. Coffee brews fast is hot and tastes great. Like being able to brew a large pot or just use a pod when on the go.

Never worked right coffee isn't warm. Very hard to use. I was so excited about this product. I will never buy ninja again. When switching it takes several tries for it to work coffe grinds in pot.

I just got this and my first cup of Crio Bru (cacao roasted like coffee and brewed the same way.) The rich setting made it piping hot and full flavored. Until now I had to steep the grounds to get the full flavor! Love it!

I finally bought the DualBrew Pro and I could NOT be happier! It is easy to use, have awesome features, and brews the best cup of coffee I've ever had!! Do yourself a favor and get one. You'll thank me!

No Warming Plate feature as promised as well as not all features on the start up "dial" are offered....the front of the coffee pot only lights up on the right side.... not a complete "360 circle."

Read a ton of great reviews, but haven't been able to make a decent cup of coffee from the k-cup setup yet. I've tried every size and brew strength, and every cup has been week and terrible. Returning this machine after a day.

I bought this about a year ago I'm very happy with the coffee machine but the carafe it's very fragile I already broke two of them very disappointed I wish they made her more heavy duty type of carafe to go with this machine.

I have had mine for almost two years and it still works perfectly! Love making iced coffee with mine. You can do a lot of different stuff with this machine so it's nice
