[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never owned such a great coffee maker! I love a fresh pot of joe in the morning but sometimes I just want a cup here and there throughout the day or an iced coffee. This machine does it all. It has a separate water reserve so my hot water for tea and oatmeal doesn't have any coffee grinds in it. I love that I can use my fresh ground coffee or single pods and not have two machines. It has a sleek design that takes up less space than a typical coffee maker! And that frother……can you say specialty drinks! You need this machine!!

We bought this because I love Ninja products and we liked the idea of the built in frother. I've had some successes but my main challenge is I end up with coffee grounds all over the pot, brew basket, and in my coffee!! I've tried to buy beans and grind them very coarse, which works most of the time. I've wasted so many pots of coffee. I've tried pods and the same thing happens. Yes, I'm using a paper filter and it's the right size. I'm using the right amount of coffee grounds. Please help. Needing caffeine

I already had two great coffee makers and did not need a third. However, when I saw this one come out I really wanted to test it and compare to the others. Luckily, a friend purchased it and allowed me to borrow for a few days. I have really put this coffee maker to the test with various coffee styles, hot and iced tea, and even made instant soup, oatmeal and grits using the hot water feature. To make a long story short. The coffee has much better flavor than my old machines and is much more versatile. This could easily replace both of them. I think I need to upgrade and get one for myself. Beware, water reservoir, even with regular cleaning will get algae under the valve at the bottom that you cannot get to in order to clean.

Very easy to use. Great to be able to use grounds or pods. The hot water option is a nice plus. And best of all it makes great coffee.

Love this pot but didn't even last 2 years before the warming plate stopped working.

I bought it a few weeks and so happy with this purchase. Makes great coffee and snot difficult to learn.
