I rarely write reviews, but I came back to this site to specifically do so. I LOVE this product! It far exceeds my expectations; and is so well designed with so many features that after a month of use, I am still marveling at its design. You NEED to buy this!

Should not have such a loud beeper. And you cannot turn it off. Beeps loud and for several reasons. So wakes everyone in house when I try to make coffeee before work. Remove the beeper. It would be a great coffee maker. I can tell when my coffee is done . I do not need a beeper on blast.

I replaced a 3 month old Keurig Dual Brew coffee maker with my new Ninja Dual Brew Pro, because I was unhappy with the build quality of the Keurig and performance of it. This model of Keurig took a long time to heat water, shut the heater off after K cup use, and the coffee ground basket was awkward to install. My Ninja is well built and both the separate hot water function, and coffee water heats up within 15-20 seconds. The brewing cycle is about a minute for K cups, and has a “Rich” button for a stronger brew. The Ninja K. cup dispenser is easier to clean and the frothing attachment is a bonus and easy to clean. I love this appliance!

Best coffee marker I have ever brought. Heats up nicely and quickly, stays hot. Perfect amount of features that are great for daily use and special events. The water only feature is so convenient for tea , instant hot cocoa, ramen noodles. Easy to clean, easy to use.

Have had this for two years now and it is wonderful. Only issue is the backlights on the panel are burning out making it difficult for anyone not familiar to make coffee. Otherwise would give 5 stars. Makes hot coffee fast. Makes awesome rich coffee for iced coffee etc. Just a really great coffee maker.

I bought this and absolutely loved it for 5 months until the pod attachment got so clogged that it could not be cleaned. This was after doing routine maintenance on it all along. I do have to say that after some setbacks dealing with the warranty service, they 100% made it right and sent an entire new unit!

I was given this as a gift. At first it was OK. Getting the cup system installed is such a pain, they made that way too difficult for older people. Also the lid to the coffee pot itself, pain. I like to actually wash my coffee pot and getting the lid on and off is so difficult, I can never get it on correctly. the reservoir holds enough water for one pot which is normal, but getting it on and off, hassle. I really hate that you can not get a cup before it's completely done draining or brewing because it has no shut off to stop the coffee when the pot is removed. I love the froth feature, but overall regrifting this monstrosity of a rip off and going back to a differnt coffee/ cup system which is much easier to clean and use.
