The Ninja Dual Brew Pro works good. I bought a k-cup metal filter that fits in the Ninja, the one that has a one hole on top for the videos on line showed a metal filter cup with three holes which was incorrect. I love how you can have a lovely cup of coffee or boil water for tea.

I have had this for about 2 weeks now, and I am very pleased. I am a bit of a coffee snob, so I first made a side by side comparison with coffee made in my coffee press and the Ninja DualBrew Pro. The taste was identical to me and my husband. I love the convenience of the single cup brewing, the frother is excellent and convenient when I want a latte or cappuccino. Everything is easy to clean and easy to use and the unit doesnt take up much space on the counter. So far, I love it!

This Coffee maker has got to be the best we've ever owned. Our only curiosity is, how do we keep the Coffee hot for a 2 or 4 hour duration? After reading the instructions, we didn't find anything indicating setting a timeframe. In any case, we are very pleased w/the Ninja product line. As well as, Shark producrs; we own both! 🙂

I bought this about a year ago and first it started saying it needs water even if the water reservoir is full but now it keeps beeping and switching to the time setting and then going back. If I don't unplug it, it will just continue to beep and switch back and forth between setting the time.

I bout this about a month or so ago. I haven't used all the features yet but so far I'm in love! Makes great coffee!

Worked fine until about 90 days after purchase. After troubleshooting it was deemed defective and returned to the store.

This system is the best I have ever used. Many great features. I'll be buying coffee at the barista less, Thanks, Ninja.
