Easy to use with great features. Noisy beeping can't turn off but otherwise great. Like the attached frother, and easy to clean.

I bought this about a month ago and I love it. I haven't used the frother yet but everything else works great. I have several Ninja products and haven't been disappointed yet. The are great.

So many features, all in one machine. I love the single serve fresh grounds brew option. We are trying to stop using single serve plastic pods. The flavor of the coffee is so much better then our Keurig!

Received the machine about 2 weeks ago and been very satisfied with it. Recommended it to my cousin, and after she tried it, the very next day, she went to one of our applience store and bought the very same machine.

Bought this to replace my last ninja coffee pot that finally gave out after years of use. Love it! Only one dislike is that when the warming plate is on the clock doesn't display the time. Would purchase again.

The information on the box gave no indication the frothier had to be done manually. Had wanted a frothed for a while and had seen one that was not a manual process.

Changing from kcup to reg is a little bit of a pain till you get use to it. But other than that I love it, the best coffee, love the options of ounces.

Many options for a cup of coffee makes the brewer a winner. We were a died in the wool Keurig users for years. Final the Keurig quit working so we decided to give the Ninja a try. Guess this is our new favorite coffee station until it quits brewing.

I was getting discouraged with the past coffee makers I have had. They don't seem to last and the coffee is not as hot. There are so many extra features on the Ninja. Love it!
