Quit working on individual cup only was able to make pots of coffee. Returned to store

I love it!!! Easy to used

I have had this coffee maker for 8 months and for the past 5 months the K cup brewing is off and on. Some times it will work fine but other mornings I get half a cup of coffee with 1/4 of it being grounds. This evening I put it through the clean cycle again. Brewed 1 cup on the "rich" cycle. When the machine beeped, I only had 1/2 cup of coffee. I thought that the grounds would be all around the pod in the machine, again. Opened the top then coffee grounds and hot water sprayed all over me and the counter. I have a 2nd degree burn on my chin. This one is going in the garbage and will be the last ninja that I buy

I've been thru 3 of these in 3 years. It always seems to have to do with the k cup adapter and the water pump. Yes I live in a place where you can't use the tap water in it. I don't. Filtered water and regular cleaning. I won't be replacing it this time.

We have been using this coffee maker for about 2 years and I can honestly say we absolutely love it! I'm one of those that like to do a lot of research before buying. This ticked most of our boxes. Prior to buying this we were using a Cuisinart Keurig. My initial reason for wanting this was to be able to brew if we have coffee. It turns out we like the brewed coffee shop much more than the pods! We almost exclusively brew now with an occasional pod here and there. I love how easy it is to switch between the two. My husband also loves iced coffee and this does a great job with brewing for iced coffee. The other feature that i love is the dedicated hot water port. In the winter i love hot tea at night and it's nice to use the coffee maker for that and have hot water without it tasting like coffee. We have had no issues and we use it every day (sometimes more). The only thing it does not do is grind the coffee for you (not that would be AWESOME!!) Very happy with this product.

This is the worst coffee maker ever. Using the K cups it will dump all the coffee grounds into the coffee cup. Also if you do not use are-usable filter, it will dump coffee grounds into the coffee pot. This morning I went through 5 K cups until I got frustrated. This does this more frequently. I am extremely disappointed in this product. I highly recommend you do not purchase this product

This is the third coffee maker for me. It. Still sends grounds thru so I have to screen my coffee. This morning it kept beeping and showing add water but the water tank was full not sure why this happened. I will try it again in the morning. But my husband said I'm done with Ninja and bought a new Keurig.

I have this Ninja. It lasted less than 2 years. It turns on but the start brew button does not work nor the delay option. Its disheartening when I really like this coffeemaker. I did not purchase extended warranty so there is nothing that can be done.

I've been using this for over 2-3 weeks now and I absolutely love it! It's easy to use and makes awesome iced coffee!
