[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm just learning how to use the machine. We just switched from a front load machine and are having difficulty loading it properly. I definitely miss having the soap fill area in front, since my cupboards are above the washer, the interior soap dish is rather problematic.

Quiet and I love the way it washes my dogs blankets! Its large capacity works well with my husband’s uniforms. I’d definitely buy this model again!!! Good job Samsung!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The performance of the machines are working fantastic haven't used the pet care solution yet but overall performances of both have been working great and look forward to using pet care solution next weekend 😀 I give this a double thumbs 👍 👍 The Technology on these are pretty amazing haven't used yet husband out of town again but look forward to trying it out.The cycles are great to choose from switch on different loads sizes & colors.The capacity is great but need to use small 6" step stool vertically challenged unfortunately but not a problem.The different optional features are great to have.As my husband says CHIOCES CHOICES CHOICES I have plenty.

The large capacity washer is great for when we want to do 1 large load instead of 3. We love samsung. From our phones, TVs and now our washer and dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is amazing. I forgot how clothes were supposed to look after washing. The whites are white and the colors are brilliant. The cycles are so quiet. My dogs don’t bark any more. My life has improved significantly!

Wife used the washer and dryer today. She was impressed with the petcare option took alot of the dog hair out of the laundry. We like the app connection don't have to listen for the machines to ding when they finish their cycles. Just hope these machines last longer than the last ones. Appliances need to be engineered better to last longer. Can't keep paying out every few years on mew machines. Might have to go back to the old days. Beating the clothes on the rocks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new washer. The filters on the inside of the washer are great. I am able to clean lint out after my wash cycles. The drum is big enough to wash all of our bedding. I am also able to start my cycle from my phone. Would definitely purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is Great with lots of space to do King size comforters. We have pets that sleep in the bed with us so my wife is always washing the bedding weekly and the comforter every month or so. We couldn't get the comforter clean in our old machine but this one has plenty of room to get the job done. It also means less washes with our clothing so saves us money.
