[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a great job on my stone floors. I did not have to dry my floor after using and there was no water streaking. I used distilled water as recommended. I only had to fill up the water once for 1800 sq ft of flooring, on the second stream setting. I had ordered additional pads. I did use 2 pads washing my floor, which had been washed a week prior. I love not having to use chemicals, only water. The long electrical cord is another great feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product with the hope that the steam would sanitize my granite floor without using any chemicals. However, I don't think the steam is hot enough for such purpose. It basically likes cleaning the floor with warm water, although I could see a little steam coming out at the head. Due to the weak steam, the floor is still wet after mopping. It is convenient that I don't need a pal of water, but inconvenient that I have to fill up the small tank with distilled water. Since the steam is not strong, carpet refreshing is almost useless. Again it is like wiping the carpet with warm water. I think I will use this product once every 2 weeks at the most, and I hope it will keep working due to low usage.

I also used the carpet glider attachment and I love it. What I like most about this steam mop is that not a lot of water comes out at one time, so your floors aren't soaking wet and it dries super fast. Great product! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased the PowerFresh Steam Mop for my tile floors and love this product. I was skeptical that it would clean as well as stated online but, I am a believer. I get a superior clean on tiles without streaks AND no residue. My floor are much cleaner and when you use the Eucalyptus Mint water your house smells fantastic. It's very easy to use, fairly lightweight and I love that the mop heads are washable. I strongly suggest purchasing extra mop heads to have on hand. They get pretty grungy. I can totally recommend this product.

I read many reviews and decided that Bissell was the one. The name and dependability as well as the ease and performance. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never felt that I was getting my floors really clean when using a mop, and had zero inclination to get down on my hands and knees to actually scrub the floor. I couldn't wait to use this steam cleaner. The night before it arrived, I vacuumed and mopped the floors as usual. I was both delighted and shocked by the dirt that was on the mop head. This is a whole new level of clean. The steam cleaner is easy to assemble, and the cloth mop heads are easy to put on and take off. My only complaint is that the handle seems flimsy and it easily falls over. That's why I gave only 4 stars I love this product

With 1 kid and 2 dogs this takes care of business with no complaints on hardwood and tile. Only takes a few swipes for tough spots and the foot scrub flip down tab makes it effortless! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for a few reasons. I have a Bissell Vacuum Cleaner and it works great. My 5 year old very expensive Oreck Steam-It floor cleaner will no longer heat water. I made use of the internet and social media to find the best floor steamer available. ThPowerFresh Steam Mop came up on several searches as one of good quality. While I have only had this floor steamer for a few weeks now and used it twice I can say I have made the right choice. From the first time is used it I saw a remarkable difference in the cleanliness of my tile and grout. Where the Oreck Steam-It did not do such a great job. The grout, in heavy traffic areas, came clean and matched the rest of my floor. Needless to say I am very pleased with this machine. Thank you Bissell!
