I like to see the steam and I don't with this, it also stops then starts again, it's not completely continuous steam. It's ok. After this dies on me I'll probably go back to the shark. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new steamer, just wish the pad came clean. They advertise to just throw it in the wash! Well, it looked just as dirty coming out of the washer as it did going in. The next time, I threw it directly into a bucket of white vinegar first. It didn't seem to help at all. Cleans great, it's just hard to put a filthy looking pad on to clean each time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does the job. The steam coverage area could be wider. The steam tend to be directed more around the middle of the foot print. In high gloss areas streaks tend to be left behind when the pad is soaked with extended usage. Would be better when used in conjuction with drying slippers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried my steam mop for the first time today and absolutely loved it. My floors feel so clean, and actually look brighter. The steam mop was so easy to guide around the floors and there wasn't any scrubbing necessary. The cord was long enough that it allowed me to do a tremendous area before having to plug it in elsewhere. I used the distilled water as advised.

It made my floor so shiny and clean that you had to be careful not to slide around awhile walking in your socks! My floors haven't felt like that in a long time. I also cleaned some rugs with it and wow! They felt soft and new again! I am enjoying cleaning again because I really can feel the difference that this machine offers!

I didn't know that steam mops were a thing until my friend recommended hers last year...I finally bit the bullet and grabbed one as I have been cleaning my own house again due to COVID. I love it, it's so satisfying to see my floors turn beautiful before my eyes, and I love not using chemicals to clean! The mop works like a charm and was easy to set up and use.

Long cord makes it easy for me to mop all of my tile rooms without unplugging. Reusable cloth catches dirt well and cleans easily in the wash. This works extremely well and is so easy to use. I bought it at my parents' suggestion because they love theirs, and I'm more than impressed. We have 3 senior dogs (13+) who are not keen on going outside in this winter weather. This keeps our floors super clean, all within minutes. Highly recommend!
